TIME FOR AN UPDATE?
I understand these are busy times Alecx, but as you can see from your stock prices, they tend to be dropping quite rapidly. any comment on the dropping prices or on any actual progress would be beneficial. honestly, we haven't heard from you since the financials were posted, and i am sure i am not the only concerned person here. just a thought, but weekly updates would be beneficial to the investors so you can share any progress with us. it would be appreciated none the less. even if nothing has changed since the week prior, at least post something

Sky Power Fund » Gentlemen May We Please And Move Forward
Re: Gentlemen May We Please And Move Forward
Sky,
have you or the new CEO requested the assets that are under control of CapEx, to be transferred to the new CEO? from what is posted in the numerous threads, minus the funds being transferred, everything seems to be in order. GRANT SULLY THE PERMS FOR THE NEW GROUP AND GIVE HIM THE POW ASSETS YOU HAVE IN L$!!! Once this is done, fill out a support ticket, and let Arb or Bo transfer the POW assets from your portfolio, to Sully's, so we can move on.

Regardless, this mess needs to be cleared up ASAP. it has been far too long, and there have been too many battles. TAKE THE INITIATIVE AND DO IT!!! NOW!!! Sully has made simple requests, and has been quite patient with you. I'm sure he is tired of dealing with the B.S. and getting the "run around" from you. it takes 15 minutes to grant owner access to a group, pay the inworld assets, and fill out a support ticket requesting the shares to be transferred to Sully. Those who have exhausted numerous hours cleaning up your mess are tired of dealing with you.

If it weren't for Sully taking charge of this whole fiasco, and offering plans of execution, we wouldn't be as far as we are now, and POW would have most likely been delisted. Do the few things you can, and be done. Then you can take care of the "hedge fund" investors.

okay, so ImA, let me get this straight:

You have failed to post a set of financials for 3 months, which was already a severe breech of the terms and conditions of the CapEx policies of being a listed company. Also, the CEO Weekly update post was last seen at the end of February. So correct my ignorance here, but you want to be a listed company and fail to adhere to the policies and standards of a listed company. if it weren't for the investors, all MECH would be is just an IDEA. nothing more. It is the INVESTORS that have made MECH what it is today.

And now, 3 months later, when the investors start asking for updates, financials, and for you to uphold your responsibilities, you whine, cry, and bitch about doing your job. YOU'RE the one that listed on CapEx. YOU'RE the one that wanted to be a CEO, and cry that you'll delist because YOU failed to do what was required of you.

If you need help, ASK!!! I don't think that IVentures or Guardian are going to charge you more than CapEx's nice little fine that you WILL pay. because i highly doubt that you will have the funding to buy back over 5M shares, or roughly $20K USD.

Point is, take care of your investors, and they will take care of you. ya mess with them, and trust me, they can really put you in a bind. but look on the bright side, at least there is no WTF on CapEx. Take the time, post a weekly update, and find someone to do the financials for you, assign a CFO, give them some shares. DO SOMETHING. All we need is CapEx to have the same trading volume as WSE, then we all would be shafted.

Plus, if you really wanted to delist, would you go to another exchange? guess what scooter, THEY ALL HAVE ROUGHLY THE SAME POLICY. bottom line is, rinse the sand out from between your legs, wipe the tears, admit you messed up, and fix it. otherwise, you'll be in the same boat as SkyRanger, and we ALL know how that is going

Nestler Investments Corporation » IPO Still Selling
Re: IPO Still Selling
as the IPO is nearing a close, and there are still 700K exceeding shares remaining to be filled, do you plan to extend the length of the IPO or complete it without the goal of 3M shares? also how does the disappearance of Sully Okelly affect your business for day to day operations. do you have someone else lined up to fill the slot or will it be you and Bo running the show?

Nestler Investments Corporation » IPO Still Selling
Re: IPO Still Selling
It is possible that Scott has met with CapEx management about extending the length of the IPO for additional time to fill it. When it comes close to the IPO completion time, a company has 4 options:

- push to complete the IPO (like ITA did)
- go live with the shares that are already sold (like MECH did)
- cancel the IPO and return the investor's L$ (like BBG did)
- speak with CapEx management, and be granted an extension on the IPO if it is nearing completion

I am going on a hunch here, but if you read the prospectus, Bogart is listed as an outside director. Chances are that Scott has been granted an extension. Now the question is, for how long? Maybe Bogart or Scott can shed some light on the subject.

General Investment Discussion » WSE Group Notice
Re: WSE Group Notice
wait...so back this train up here a sec - so for me to actually USE my Luke dollars, i first need WSE on Facebook to become fully operational, then i have to actually create a facebook profile, containing my RL info (which Luke and everyone else will see) and then sell my lil POS luke bucks only for USD? if i ever get my L$ from WSE back, i will have to pay fees that i did not agree to?

Luke once had a great reputation, now he is in the same category as Investor Allen and Jasper Tizzy. let's just hope we CAN get our L$ back someday. i won't be holding my breathe
