Tnw Designs and Real Estate » Just a few numbers
Just a few numbers
I did the math and these are the number a came up with.

According to the total asset value, L$2,842,965.91, and the number of shares,4,010,000, the company is undervalue by 41% per share or .208Lc per share.

Net profit for last month was L$243,552.76
If this stock would have went live last month. A dividen would have been paid to the tune of 0.0607 per share.

If these numbers stay the same or go higher, it is possible to increase the value of your investment by 53% or more in one month.

At current price KDC rates this stock a "Strong Buy"

Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Investment Planing
Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual is providing investment advice within Second Life. Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual has been in Second Life for 8 months and has followed and studied the economy, including the stock markets. Many people come to SL and want to invest money but do not know how, or where to go.

Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual is here to help those people and guide them in the right direction. Second Life can be a great place to invest money, however if not done carefully can be a bigger risk than the reward may be worth.

A one time quote for investing will cost 100L$

Investors can also join the Karlfeldt & Delgado Investing group for a fee of L$2,000 and have unlimited access to quotes, support and research done by Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual.

For more information, message Legolas Delgado

Second Life should never act as a substitute for real life investing.

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
KDC already is transparent with their holdings.

Go to, http://kdmutual.com/KDCapital.aspx

AS the Stock Ratings page develops it will include reasons for the ratings in detail. However, for now they are just how we see the companies.

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
From the KDMutual website
"These rating are applied through research which includes but is not limited to breaking down the real value of the company, potential returns, past returns, current Second Life economy, and the leadership of each company. All of which are combined and compared to the current price of the stock. Each rating will be updated when K$D Mutual finds it necessary."

I will take this and break it down to be more specific about what it all means. I will post here when it is updated on the website.
