| The Sale of NDX to BCX Bank was officialy completed today. We are Very Pleased to add NDX to the BCX Bank Family. Rest assured that NDX will continue to be run according to it original mandate, The only thing that has changed is That Travis will be managing the fund. Over the next few weeks ( as opportunities present themselves) we will begin purchasing more shares to build The NDX portfolio. We will be sticking with the 3 Main exchanges for the near future and will seek your input prior to EVER investing in VSTEX stocks. I would also like to inform you that NDX HUET is an alt of Myself Travis Ristow ( Steve Smith ) I am using the alt to keep NDX completely seperated from any other owned entity. | The answer to both Questions is BCX Bank ( Travis Ristow AKA NDX Huet ) I posted a welcome message on the day the Fund Was transferred. And Yes Due Diligence was definetly performed. Also, Regardless of who owns what shares in NDX it will continue to be run by BCX Bank. The additional shares where removed from the market to offer NDX shareholders a greater return and more security. At this time NDX will post dividends monthly, The exact percentages etc. will be determined later this month. For the Month Ending Sept 12 2007 we will be paying a .03 Dividend per share. |
