Re: LukeConnell Vandevere speaks on Midas issue
Yes, iVentures, two banks have defaulted where the bank depositors were insured with The Rock Insurance Co. One was Ginko, but it was at the beginning of the company, and IIRC there was only one or two insured, and more recently with The Bank of Jasper Tizzy, with many more depositors insured.

Re: what is going on here?
I'm really disappointed too. No dividends, depressing share value, management almost AWOL. Yes, it's a great company, with wonderful products, but seems there is no value in being a shareholder.

Re: what is going on here?
What I dislike about HBK is the TOTAL lack of attention to shareholders.

HBK asked money in IPO, which they got and shareholders got nothing in return for months: no good share values, almost no dividends, no communication.

I think they should prove they care a bit about their shareholders; being comunicative on forums would help a lot. Even little dividends would help a lot. For instance, if I were HBK I would change the 400k of salary, into 300k of salary and 100k of dividends: they own 75% of the company, they would still get 375k, but at least it would show a little bit of consideration of shareholders.

I don't see a point in being public for HBK, if they keep money and comunications for themselves.

Re: Why NOBODY cares here ?
Sportbets, I think all shareholders care about HBK, but there is no way to get communications from the management. We tried several times and failed.

I agree with you that this company has no reason to stay public, it should go private. But it seems that even this request will go unanswered.

Limer, I hope you don't want all of HBK shareholders to contact you privately
to ask the same questions. This is a PUBLIC company, and this is a PUBLIC
forum: I hope you would instead prefer to use this forum or other means of communication that this exchange provide (announcements, for istance ...).

Sure, you deserve your wages, no one objects.

But since this is a public company, you got money from us in IPO,
and you work 10 hours a day on it I don't see why dedicating 5
minutes a week for a brief sum of what's going on at HBK should
be such a problem. You know, it just help us (the shareholders)
feel a bit part of it.

Otherwise, (again), there is no point in being public: just take HBK
private and you don't have to mess with us.

I hope you don't feel attacked: HBK is a good company, but there
are things were you need to improve and I feel the right to
express my opinion.
