| Dear CEO Bogart Beck: I received some days ago, a notecard entitled "SL Capital Exchange Education Center Booklet". Reading that document, I saw the following statement, regarding "the requirements put in place that all listed companies must follow": "You must hold a shareholders meeting no less than once per month" As I understand of your kind answer, all Companies must follow the SL Capital Exchange rules to be admitted to the SL CapEx Trading Market except the SL Capital Exchange himself. | Hi Lindsay and Xavier. I understand the opinion of both. Here at Portugal, there are also only Shareholders meetings once a Year. And I also concur that here at SL, 1 thru 4 meetings is acceptable. I only commented because of the document I received from JTFinancials. In my opinion, Sl CaPex could modify the rules to only "impose" a annual regular Shareholders meeting, for legal purposes. But as a shareholder, I feel I can't give my opinion and ear the other shareholder's opinion, about the Administration of the business, with only a annual meeting. | With the Investor Allen incorporation of all shares, we only see now the 3 top Shareholders, as all other investors have less than 5% of shares. Is it possible (and legal) to see a list of the Shareholders (or the Top N) in this forum? Rui @ Portugal |
