| On the contrary Tumult, if CEOs have to worry about that, they are much less likely to fraud their investors. Transparency imposes accountability. You refuse to be accountable, you shouldn't be a CEO, or have a listed company. This case is exactly why EVERY CEO's RL ID should be public. AVIX takes far more precautions than WSE does, and someone still walked away with piles of cash. The due diligence responsibility of exchange owners/managers should include doing RL background checks which the CEO pays for, and every IPO should reserve at least 5-30% of the IPO money in escrow, depending on the age of the avatar, their companys age, preexiting profitability, and degree of CEO RL ID disclosure, releasing the escrowed funds over a 3 month period. FYI: As the estate owner where Cybersyzygy's offices were located, I have reposessed their land in Hayek to protect those assets for the shareholders, pending an investigation and hearing. Should AVIX determine the CEO committed fraud, the land will be sold and proceeds divided among the shareholders. |

| As stated in my prospectus, I was the first CEO in SL to disclose my RLID, and have demanded the same from those we invest in. This has been available in our prospectus since the day we IPOd back in April. We at BNT applaud that a major exchange is finally adopting our policy as their own. | I'd like to respond to this discussion with my experience over the past several months being the first CEO to "out" himself. I have never received a phone call or visit to my house regarding my business from an investor or resident of my sims. Perhaps this is because I've always operated honestly and above board, but isn't that how all CEOs should act anyways? If you've pissed off someone enough for them to call you or worse, likely you've done something to deserve it. You don't want visitors or callers, then act ethically, responsibly, don't cheat your customers and don't screw your stockholders over. Anybody who commits any of these sins, a call from an investor or customer should be the least of your worries. Investors have a right to expect responsible, ethical management from their CEOs. Goodness knows LL isn't going to do anything to enforce any laws. Its up to the market to do so, and those who fear their investors will either act responsibly or not accept the responsibility in the first place. Being a CEO in SL is kinda like being a government, and to paraphrase what someone once said, "Investors should not fear their CEOs, CEOs should fear their investors." |

Brautigan & Tuck Holdings Public Forum » Frequent aquisitions vs Dividends Re: Frequent aquisitions vs Dividends |

| Thank you for commenting on this Dezmond. As a number of daytraders with no BNT stock have frequently commented loudly to me on, BNT offers no monthly dividend. We do have a dividend policy, that we will pay out a dividend at each 100 sim milestone in our growth. Yes, GROWTH. Shareholder value is based on the fundamentals of a company, not temporary gimmicks or daytrader manipulations. BNT is and always has been a growth company, much like Microsoft once was. MSFT went 25 years with phenomenal growth and never once paying a dividend. Stockholders saw returns in the massive growth in the value of their shares, which they saw and valued, reflecting that in the market price. We stated in our prospectus that we were a growth company. Nobody who is a shareholder can claim they were at all deceived in this. If you are not enjoying profits from your BNT stock, perhaps its because you are not valuing your BNT stock enough? Why are you not talking up what a great value BNT is to your friends and neighbors? Our annualized P/E ratio in June was 3.6, 1/5th that of the NYSE average, and far below what MSFT ever achieved. Our value is easy to see: 39 beautiful class 5 commercial sims, subsidiaries, and massive stock holdings in many other businesses. Our acquisitions should only drive our stock price ever higher as company NAV climbs and grows. Our soon-to-open orientation island, regapi SL registration website, and RL ads on wall street will soon be sending investors into our estates and exchanges. There is a LOT to value about BNT. |

| To provide more information about Fortune Rang's whereabouts, an alt of hers told people she was going on vacation until November. I guess we know who is paying for that vacation. I hereby call upon the exchange to release her RL details. She may have asked for confidentiality, but her agreement is now broken by her by her actions. I can tell people that she told me that she was a licensed real estate broker in Santa Rosa, California. She also has an affection for the ballet. I call upon exchange officials to make her RL ID known, so that shareholders can consider their legal options, and she can be held accountable by the public. Real estate brokers sign very strict ethics contracts as part of their licensing. Committing fraud should count as a violation of that ethics contract. Do not let her get away with this crime. |

| Lindsay, the nuts of the world are the reason we have a 2nd Amendment in this country. Someone comes knocking on my door unannounced, they aren't going to enjoy the reception. BNT has never claimed to be a dividend company. We don't deceive anybody. We don't play short term gimmicks that do nothing to grow the value of a stock. If everybody operated like we did they'd frankly have less to worry about. |

| As I've long said, Tumult, day traders are not investors, they are leaches. I have no interest in feeding my stockholders profits into the maws of people who have no long term interest in this company. | ||

| Xavier, this is not accurate. I know for a fact that she provided Maelstrom with extensive details, including public records, such as her real estate license in California. Maelstrom told me he is fully capable of producing that documentation. Sounds to me like someones covering something up. | ||
