Official Weekly Update

Everything seems to be moving along just fine & with the relisting of BNT on ace ( Finaly ) we are actualy way ahead of the curve for the month. Financials will either be EARLY or LATE depending on what time I have between now and NOV 4, I am going to take the wife and kids to see family so it will be one day to get there, 1 day staying with them and then 1 day for the trip back.

This months dividends will directly follow release of financials.

Thanks,
Travis

Re: PSG Introduce yourself!
Sounds like a good idea stroh! You beat me to the forum LOL.

As many of you know I am Travis Ristow, CEO of BCX Bank ( BCX @ ISE) NDX and PSG here on Capex.

Our Decision to move PSG to the SLCapex was not made lightly. But given recent developements we believe that PSG will do much better here then at it's former home on the WSE.

PSG as you may know is an Index Fund with a few "added" investments. Power Investment group was "rescued" from bankruptcy as a Gambling venu & has become a "fund with a future". Currently PSG has investments in 3 of the Major Stock markets and will be moving in to a few other ventures in the very near future.

I am personaly very pleased with the move & wish the very best to all of our shareholders. Mark my words. WE WILL do whatever it takes to see that you make money.

Thanks again,
Travis Ristow

Re: Monthly Financials

I will post this months financials By right around the first or second of November. This will be PSG's First Month In Positive Cash Flow as a debt free company once the Secondary is completed.

Prior to the secondary PSG's assets were the result of a loan from BCX Bank. Which although they helped get PSG off the ground, the loan hinders any real growth.

Without the loan to contend with we will be 100% Debt Free with Just over 120,000 L$ in REAL assets.

Re: PSG & NDX
Sure iventures,

PSG and NDX are in all reality quite different animals.

NDX for example only trades in companies recognized as SLEC compliant & Only trades on the 4 Major exchanges, ISE,WSE,CAPEX & ACE.

PSG on the other hand - Trades in companies from all exchanges & Is not based on SLEC compliance of the company.

PSG also has "outside" interests being developed which will allow PSG to be a more diverse company & not strictly reliant on the SL Stock Markets for profit.

King Broome is in charge of one such project - a specialized mall. This is currently being done at NO cost to PSG investors and will be included in the PSG portfolio if it is successful. When/If it is profitable the only cost associated with the project will be tier.

It is my belief that by looking for options that are LOW or NO cost, we will be able to significantly raise the value of the company while keeping assets where they belong.

Remember - This company would be Bankrupt if it had not been placed into receivership. So every little bit helps!

I hope this answers the question asked.

Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only
There is not much aside from Normal progress to report we have to date made just under 11000 L$ from stock trades and dividends from the beginning of the month.

We will have a shareholders meeting towards the end of the month to discuss options for diversification outside of the market.

Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only
Well so far this is going to be a great month. We have approximately 31,000L$ in profit from trades. We have some excellent sell orders placed as well as a few Buys that are getting REALLY close.

We are slowly withdrawing from the WSE - Good or Bad this is my decision as I only will deal in (with) companies that I have some trust for. I feel you can only give a wolf so many chances to bite before it actually eats you.

Thanks

PSG Pleased to Announce Aquisition

I am Very Pleased to announce that We have negotiated the sale of PSG (Power Investment Group) to Sky Hedge Fund.

The terms of the agreement are confidential but we can state for the record that the agreement was for purchase of Travis Ristows Majority stake in PSG in a Cash and stock deal.

All Assets for PSG have now been turned over to SkyRanger Hammerer. These Assets include the following:

350,000 Shares of PSG ( From Travis Ristows Personal Holdings)
100,000 L$ Cash ( Assets from Previous IPO)
11,000 L$ Cash ( From Interest,Dividends,and sales)

I am very pleased to have been able to facilitate this aquisition as I believe that SkyRanger is a exactly what PSG needs in order to really grow. Sky has been involved with PSG for quite some time and has shown interest in its daily operations since we rescued it from Bankruptcy, and Most recently his involvement as the COO/President of PSG. So Sky already has a great feeling for the company.

Again I would like to thank everyone for their support & Know that I wish you the very best.

Travis
