| Here are were things stand thus far. The NDX sale is complete and we have had a good month thus far. We will be paying a dividend on 8-31-07 and releasing our August report shortly after. We have bought back 371,000 shares, which leaves 629,000 shares in the hands of the public. The only negative issue we are facing is that we still have approximately L$617,000 on deposit at Allenvest. While we have adequate liquidity to cover all of our clients in the event of a run, the lack of access to our Allenvest cash may slow us down a bit over the next couple of weeks if Allenvest's liquidity issues remain. Moving forward, we will be obtaining insurance on all of our bank deposits through The Rock. |

We are hoping to pay out between 80 - 90% of our monthly profits as a dividend to shareholders and we will continue to do this as long as we have sufficient liquidity to do so. Keep in mind also that Marc and I derive our income solely from these dividends. We are not on a salary, and thus these dividends are very important to us. |

| * We have now bought back a total of 400,000 shares of INC for our treasury. That leaves 600,000 shares in the hands of the public. * We believe the recent dip in the stock price is due to a large sell order placed by on of our shareholders. We are not concerned about it. * We still have approximately L$607,000 on deposit at Allenvest. We have made multiple attempts to contact Investor Allen and have recieved no response. * We have landed 1 consulting contract and have a second one that is pending. * We are pleased to announce that Wynn Whitfield has joined our staff. Her background in marketing will be very helpful to us. We believe she will be playing a very important role as our consulting business continues to grow. |

We have made multiple attempts to contact Investor Allen and have recieved no response. * We recently completed a consulting contract for a profit of $L 13,000. * Our stock portfolio and real estate portfolio is rather sluggish, but consulting seems to be going well. We have completely removed all of our funds from the WSE. * In the event of a run, we have sufficient liquidity to cover all of our clients. |

| Hello Everyone, Some key points for the week: * Our Treasury now holds 448,000 shares of INC. That leaves 552,000 of the IPO shares still in circulation. * We still have approximately L$587,000 on deposit at Allenvest. The recent issues surrounding AIG are a major concern, however, we are not writing this off yet. * We will be writing off part of our land on Jefferson, as depreciation expense on the next report. BNT recently lowered land prices on their sims, which we believe would have an impact if we chose to sell it. However at this time, we have a long-term renter for that space. * Our stock portfolio and real estate portfolio remain sluggish. * Last Sunday night we began negotiations with BCX to take over the Los Vegas Sim that they forclosed on. The deal was completed on Monday and we took possession of the sim late Tuesday evening. We have completely redeveloped it into a residential sim and have already sold a large portion. Our office has been relocated there as well. * We are currently looking to further develop our brand as we continue to grow at a moderate pace. We are excited and pleased to add Rixhawz Milestone to our management team.
