| Hello, My partner and I are looking for some investors. We want to build a very high class sim , with only the best of the best. On that sim we want shops (only the good designers), a club, a loverspark, a ballroom, some loversrooms for rent, a couple of houses for rent. We want each month several events on the sim. We dont want any freebies or camping spots. Maybe we want also a other sim for renting that land, the profit we will have of that will go to the company.
