General Investment Discussion » Federal offense of Mr.Allen? Re: Federal offense of Mr.Allen? |
|
| Indeed. I have my own RL personal attorney looking into options to pursue, not just for myself but all SL members that have been affected. Rest assured, If Mr. Allen/Sal/whatever one of his alts names he wants to use, believes that I am going to sit back an let him walk away from this without reimbursement, then he has sorely underestimated this New Yorker. Rest assured I have the RL resources to see this thing through. I'm also confident that there will be many more joining the cause as a recourse begins to take shape. Lindsay, I will IM you in game, perhaps we can compare notes or I can have my RL attorney contact your people if need be. Cadence PS- There may be a possibility that we may or may not have many options, but rest assure I will exhaust all options. This kind of blatant fraud must end. The only way that will happen is to attempt a legal precedent towards those that believe they can get away with it. Unfortunately for you Allen, you happen to cross the wrong person. |

General Investment Discussion » Federal offense of Mr.Allen? Re: Federal offense of Mr.Allen? |

| After reading all of the posts and reply.. and even Allen's post. which hurt him more than help. I am even more determined t o ensure my RL attorney tracks Allen/Sal down. Word to the wise for Allen, instead of posting retorts... I would focus on reimbursement. The clock is seriously ticking against you. I wish you would understand how serious the situation is, the ball is in motion... not just with me, but several others. Allen, we are calling upon you to fix this issue now before it really becomes beyond serious. Reimbursement is the only solution. I am giving you 48 hours before I release the "dogs of war". MOST SINCERELY, Cadence Juran, Chairman Allegro Acquisitions, Inc. |

| Savvy, I believe in pursing justice, regardless of the overall outcome and the effect it may have. I certainly can not speak for anyone else except for myself, but believe me when I say that this Allen situation will be brought to 'legal' light. From this moment forward I will not be issuing further statements on this matter. Cadence |

General Investment Discussion » Informal Proposal Re: Informal Proposal |

| Excellent and fair proposal Arb. I would like to commend the entire SLCAP EX Management team for their ability to negotiate a fair compromise and defuse a highly explosive situation. I would like to also give kudos to those investors that are on board with the proposal as it is best to walk away from the table with something rather than nothing. Who should I contact regarding the purchase of one of the confiscated SIMs? Cadence Juran,CEO Crescendo-Catalyst Corporation |

General Investment Discussion » Statement from Investor Allen Re: Statement from Investor Allen |
|
| Well a chance was given, I assumed he would yet again lie, deceive, and manipulate everyone and the situation. I strongly believed the SLCX team composed a very fair deal. It's sad to see that there are people out there that are this devious, willing to sacrifice the many that trusted in him just for his own selfish personal gain. How sad it is. |

| Marc, I'll contact you in game as my attorney is looking into filing options. His first question was are there any other's seeking legal action? He would prefer to roll my lawsuit into the others, but if no one else is filing, then I will continue on my own. Cadence |

General Investment Discussion » Announcement Re: Announcement |

| Kyle/Allen, Bub.. your time is up. All of what you posted is irrelevant! A backstory of how you got to where you are is insignificant to the current situation. Regardless if it was extremely poor business strategy or you were scamming, the bottomline is TOO many people have been affected by your immature and totally irresponsible action! Your word is just a valuable as your non-trading AIG stock. WORTHLESS! You have proven time and time again that you are not a man of your word. SO the main question is why should anyone believe what you have to say? Unless you can cough up a reimbursement for everyone affected.. right here.. right now, then all of your baseless rhetoric will fall on deaf ears. Unfortunately for you, the law does not care how old you are and neither do I. What you have done is inexcusable! Now I believe everyone has to do what common sense dictates.. this drama and totally sick situation must conclude with immediate legal action. Regards, Cadence Juran |

SL Capital Exchange Archive » Let's TURN up the HEAT! Let's TURN up the HEAT! |

| I would like to thank Dimitri for hiring Crescendo to handle his PR & Marketing needs for Tropical Temptations. I feel confident that over the course of the next few weeks, SL will truly know how HOT Tropical Temptations Resort and luxury skyboxes really are. I've had the pleasure to tour Dimitri's impressive estate and I must say it has an air of refinement and quality that will make anyone feel at ease to enjoy their many services. If you haven't checked it out yet, be sure to TP over to the Tropical Temptations luxury resort located at Temptation (210, 232, 64). Cadence Juran, CEO Crescendo Corporation |

General Investment Discussion » Micromanaging Re: Micromanaging |
|
| I have to agree with Marc. It really is all in the mindset of your employee, especially here in SL. The employee MUST be a self-starter, motivated and can work independently with minor supervision. Not afraid to step out and MANAGE the process or project. Thereby freeing you up to focus on your overall corporate objectives. With Crescendo, I use a traditional and progressive management approach. Whereby, I have the company divided into business units (Public Relations, Marketing, Technology, Research, Event Planning, and Executive Planning). There is at least one employee in each business unit that reports to one of my directors. I see the directors as very critical to effectively managing Crescendo because they are the actual people 'micro managing' my operations and this enables me to focus on strategic goals for Crescendo and crank out the many press releases...I still have to find someone for that..lol. It took a while to get to this point, but eventually I made it. In addition, trust was a major key and it did take me a long time to relinquish control of several areas, but I must say I'm glad I did. Of course compensation is key, and what I do to continue to build trust, motivate and encourage great employee morale, is I meet with each employee of Crescendo when I pay him or her weekly. We sit for a few moments and discuss their projects and any areas they may need help in and also any constructive advise I may need to dispense to improve their quality or performance. My beliefs in both RL & SL is to always try and connect with your employees and never assume a 'out of reach' attitude, no matter how busy you may be. By implementing this methodology I believe that it has had a positive and direct impact on the employees and encourages them to perform at optimum levels. Opportunities to grow, learn and excel within your company are other great ways to encourage employee loyalty and motivation. I'll use one example, when I first started Crescendo, I hired a account executive just to touch base with each of our clients and ensure their needs are being met... she is a 'very people oriented' person. Well in time she not only handled that aspect but also began thinking up clever little events for the clients. With a little training and encouragement, she began to develop and I promoted her to a position of Account & Events Planner, with a bonus and salary increase, she has been event planning left and right for Crescendo. One final element on this topic... TEAM BUILDING! I strongly encourage getting your entire company together for at least an hour or 2 to talk about issues or ideas. I know how difficult this concept can be due to RL issues and time. However, if you can pull it off.. the rewards are great. During this team building time I award the top performers of the company for excellent work and I also give away some great gifts to the whole staff as a way to say thanks for the effort and hard work. PLUS I try and find a really great & fun spot in SL that is interactive and visually stimulating. Overall, I have found this method to be VERY positive and uplifting to the company as whole. Those are my 2 cents on this topic :) Cadence Juran |
