Cancellation of Proposed Ginko/AVIX Merger
Investor,

Can you please shed some light on why the merger failed? I attended the meeting last night, but had to leave after 45 minutes. What did I miss? What elements of the deal caused you to reconsider? Was Nicholas agreeable to the cancellation, or was it one-sided?

Thank you for any and all info that you can provide to shed sunlight on the decision-making process.

Guys,

I just wanted to say that with the review of the monthly report, and the investor meeting you held this past week, you are doing a great job keeping your investors and shareholders informed.

In addition, the numbers look good, and look like they will be getting even better! I look forward to steady growth.

Keep up the good work!

Re: Update
In a small way, it does. I can't get my money out of Ginko to give it to Marc and Chey to invest for me.

SLCapEx Suggestions » Suggestion to End COnfusion Caused by CapEx Management
Suggestion to End COnfusion Caused by CapEx Management
There seems to be a lot of intermingling of management personnel between CapEx, existing firms beign traded, and IPO companies. I do not intend to comment on those relationships here.

What I would like to bring to light, and have CapEx management address quickly, is the practice of these management personnel posting NEWS notices - notices that appear on the front page of this website.

Often times, CapEx management members post news notices regarding CapEx policies, procedures, and other information relating only to CapEx, but the header of the notice displays some other company run by that individual. To me, this is unacceptable, as it is a form of advertising that company gets for free, in addition to the appearance of receiving favoritism from CapEx.

I don't own a company listed on the CapEx, so I don't have a dog in this fight. But, I may want to someday, and I would hope that the fairness and openness espoused by the current CapEx management will percolate through all aspects of its operation.

Thanks,
Wellington Philbin

Thanks for addressing this current situation. I am glad to see that you are aware of it, and a fix is in the works in terms of the rebranding and system modifications.

Physical (OK Virtual) Location of the Exchange
As a landowner on Allenvest, I am quite interested in the ultimate physical location of the CapEx. One reason I purchased where I did was because of its proximity to AVIX. Will all physical structures related toCapEx be exported to JT Financial locations?

Perhaps a response by Investor Allen and CapEx management could address this.

Mechanics of Changeover to CapEx
I am hearing information, provided by several people outside of CapEx management, that describes various aspects of the changeover from AVIX to CapEx. I have gone back and reviewed the public announcements, as well. What I would like is for CapEx Management to answer the following questions and fill in some of the blanks. That can be done in this forum, or as a news announcement. Perhaps Investor Allen needs to be involved in answering some of these questions, as well.

What date is the expected transfer of stocks from the AVIX website to a JTFinancials/CapEx website?

What will happen to the cash in our accounts? Is there a current withdrawal limit? What interest is being paid on cash in our accounts?

What will happen to AVIX stock? Will it convert to CapEx stock? Will it remain AVIX stock, and if so, what will AVIX be following the transfer?

When stock is transferred to CapEx, will accounts be automatically set up for shareholders?

Most importantly, please provide AVIX account holders with a schedule for activities that impact our holdings. When will this changeover occur? When will we have access at the new CapEx website? Also, please provide some amount of lead time in announcing this schedule. As someone who frequently (more than daily) visits the Allenvestfinancial.com website, I would find it completely unnacceptable to log in one day to find out the transfer had occurred already without my prior knowledge (see Ginko announcement and WSE/Ginko Corporate Bonds situation).

Thanks, and I know you guys are working hard to make things happen, and I appreciate your efforts. However, it is my money you are working with.

Re: Mechanics of Changeover to CapEx
Xavier,

Thank you for the update, though I don't know what was so funny about it to elicit an "LOL" from you.

I also appreciate Lindsay's announcement that appeared today. It seems that CapEx is bending over backwards to keep CEOs informed, and shareholders/investors are on the back burner. I don't think CapEx feels that way, but that is the impression I get when I have to ask for transition information rather than it being provided proactively either through announcements or on this forum.
