Following are 2 statements from the Business Strategy portion of the JTIC Prospectus: "After April 30th, we will issue a final dividend...." "No dividends will be issued after April 30th." I understand dividends are paid on the 1st of each month. Will investors be paid a dividend for the month of April? |

It is my belief that the "CEO"'s efforts and attention to this matter are directly proportional to his or her desire to reconcile this debacle in an equitable, timely and reasonable fashion. | This company is 5 months old and this is its 3rd violation of this nature. An individual asked about the status of dividends which seem to have evaporated. One must wonder if they are being diverted to pay fines/penalties for repeated non-compliance. I'm not so sure it is this type of consistency which is an asset to a successful company. | ||
