| It would be nice if they could take the 7 million and pay the one's owed by Sal and if theres anything left the goes to Allen, I know its not that easy. just a thought that ran through my head. | ||

| Well i have been just witching this whole mess form the slide line and this is my take on it, That in the beging when allen was made he wanted to make things right, how every as time move on and the lies to cover up of alts got biger he could not see any way out and save face, then the "cat" was let out of the bag, wicth brings us today the blame game. That this point I would not belive him and I would not hold my breath on any good slution and Allen words now hold litte weight. so allen integrity is shot at this point NO is my opion. | I'm not victim but here a suggestion, 1 st - a third party takes control of all Allen's asstes and money owed for sale of the exchange 2nd- fact finding must be done to find out who is owed by money from Allen. 3rd- the third party then has to decited how to pay the money back to the rightful people. The third party should be made up of three people that have no ties to allen or wise in any way,that means no bank account, exchange account, ect. This is to try to get a nutral party. There is no easy sloution to this problem, and theres alot of people that will be efficated by this problem. This is just a suggestion. I see no easy way for this matter to be sovled, someone is going to get hurt no matter what they do. Well I'll stop typing and sit back an see what happens. Gill |

| Dimitri, I'm glad you told us for your plans to leave and that you are looking to see if anyone wants to buy XXX. Unfortunetly it seems that no matter you do you will be blasted. I as and investor of XXX would like to see if theres someone with the skills to take on XXX and run with it. Theres too many "investors" here that can see the big picture and when things go "south" they want there money back and threaten to sue if you don't. The fact is that you are the owner and you have waited untill you could sell XXX for what ever reason. That is your choice and it is part of the risk investing. Just keep us informed of any possible new owner (CEO) and let the investors have a up or down vote on them. Gill Handrick |

| How about a forum that only investors and ceo of the company can post, so that when busness is needed to be discusss it can be done with out noninvestors putting there "two cents into". Just a throught. Gill Handrick |

| I didn,t say that all forums for investors and ceo just one that when important business need to be talk about the ceos and investors can do it without people that have not invested in the company put their two cent into it. Gill |
