Hello everyone, Isadora here. I have been reading and watching the developments of this forum, and after hearing that nothing was accomplished during the conference call, I have decided to post now. I also thought that MNM can jump right back after the misfortunes that had hit the past couple of months. My hope was renewed slightly with the production of The Scene, and things were starting to move forward. After the first episode, nothing. When no headway was made with this venture, and I could hardly see Cadence around, I was disappointed once again. Bubble after bubble burst, and now the events during the weekend. HodgePodge was doing good and we were in the midst of scoring an interview with Torely Linden when HodgePodge's website went down, just as we needed it to be up because he was checking us out. NOT GOOD. Now my writer and I have to explain why he can't access the website and hope that there was no harm done to my reputation and the writer's. Also, after the conference call and reading the feedback here and paying attention to other ex MNM employees feedback, I sent my resignation to Jamar and have sent out a statement regarding the status of HodgePodge Variety. We will be publishing until this month, and after that, HodgePodge will cease operations. I feel terrible for this. I had the purest of intentions of making the most out of the merger I had with MNM and to soar with the company, but alas, no such thing.

Huff, I think you may be premature in recanting your statement against MNM. The conference call was not so much of an effort, it was just to placate us all, but actually, MNM should placate us by submitting to the shareholders' wants. I agree with AWM and Kaffe, as I have mentioned in my statement, I feel the whole conference call was useless and I felt bad to those who did not get anything substantial and paid to join the call. This is one of the delaying tactics and I don't believe anymore that MNM intends to do anything about this fiasco. I'm sorry for scaring you guys, but ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. Instead of the shareholders scurrying and appealing to the company to be straightforward, I THINK MNM SHOULD HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND FOLLOW OUR REASONABLE REQUESTS. As I used to work in the service industry in RL, there is a saying CUSTOMER IS KING. We shareholders are customers, and we thus need to be treated as Kings/Queens, with our demands met without having to use force. They know the rules, that shareholders have a say and must be attended to, but instead MNM is on the run. They have closed the website and servers that housed our correspondences, along with any history that we can gather from them, MNM, as far as it is concerned on the web and in SL is KAPUT. They have gone off SL, along with our pride, dreams, trust and money. Now it's my fault I was duped into agreeing to receive shares. I know I should have asked for L$ instead of stocks, or I should have sold while I could, and just cut my losses. I did not have enough time to pay attention to my stocks and focused on the magazine, and RL can tend to interrupt. OK, my bad, and I'm learning from it. So be it. Whether I can or can't recover what was supposed to be paid for the magazine, I don't care anymore. All I want is my credibility back and now that I'm out of MNM, I'm fine, but that's just me, and I only have 27,000 stocks. It's easy for me to turn around and charge this fiasco to experience. I am just in my late 20s and I have a lot to learn with regards to the trade and exchanges market, but my reputation and credibility is GOLD. I've gained nothing substantially except work my butt off for things that never take fruition. My collaboration with MNM was all about enriching one another, act in SYNGERY (I also was lured by Cadence's big words and speeches on working together lol) and was not about money. Some months ago through email, I discussed ways in which we can profit from the magazine, and gave tips on how we can profit some more because I know MNM needs money. The magazine was doing fine but STILL had tremendous opportunities, more room for growth, if only MNM did their end to help me with the Marketing and PR, and with everything else. I even told them we can make as much as Second Style (based on research, they earn so much revenue from their website, inworld magazine and blog through advertising), it can be enough to supplement financing to some of the TV shows and other things, we just need to spread out more and be aggressive. I don't have enough time to do that, and Cadence had the capability to PR and fluff. I only have time to deliver the content and stuff, so I said it's HodgePodge chance to help, but I reckon they don't care about making huge STEADY money. They probably just want easy money and to pack up and leave. Cadence/Jaison/Setori whoever is controlling them may never take their SL identities seriously, but I do, many of us do. If they think this is just a game and they can get away from scamming people online, that goes to show the kind of people they are. Until MNM turns this around and make things better, that's the conclusion I am going to make, but it's his call. If he cares or not, or has a conscience, only God knows.

As former executive of MNM, I would say that we lost all direction when the CEOs have stopped caring about the SL presence. I did my part in publishing HodgePodge (which was bought by MNM) without them helping or telling me what to do. I did my best in telling them how profitable the magazine can stand to be if it wouldn't be just me running it and if MNM can use their in-house promotions to promote and market HodgePodge as promised. There was also talk about having a package deal for commercials to have a free ad in HodgePodge, etc, but it was all talk and I hope no one paid for that deal and were made to expect their ad to appear in the magazine because I never received any images to display in the mag. I left because firstly there was not a single fulfillment of our goals and objectives, secondly the website was taken offline without informing me why, and that following the conference call, figured that it would be wishful thinking to expect on things being fulfilled for HodgePodge anymore, and that I don't want to be affiliated with MNM and its wishy washy ways. Most of the projects MNM (MNN and The Scene's first episode) did before everything fell apart were of excellent quality. Everyone behind those projects did their best as far as they are capable of doing. All that lacked were their contribution, presence and leadership. The ones who left long before this , and there were I think 3 saw through that. Ok, but those of us who were left until this fiasco happened had always been here, awaiting their direction and their roadmap, yet they were just as sketchy to us with everything. They were rarely inworld, as compared to the times before. We were left flustered and scurrying about trying to make the impossible possible. The points made regarding Cadence and Jaison being controlled by one person and the rest are serious and can be considered fraud. That's tantamount to insider trading if I understand it right. If they can do that, then what are the chances that the rest of the allegations made can be true? Well, the plot thickens and now GIIF who trades in ISE has stopped from trading. GIIF is a mutual fund of sorts and is frankly a nice concept, only now it's got the tainted Cadence Juran signature on it. Serious inter-exchanges fraud happening...a first in SL? What tangled web we weave...

Hello Sophia, Thanks for your vote of confidence. You are right indeed, I've learned my lesson.I just wanted to post what I posted because I believe we did our best, but it was them who pulled out and started becoming flaky with the SL side of MNM. Cadence came to me and to others as well. I was informed that SL Newspaper.com was also approached. They saw through her and besides, it was obvious why she wants to be affiliated with them...lol. A big paper that is so established, they didn't need to work it. I reckon that's how they want it, affiliate themselves with the best so they don't get to do the hard work. Let others work to pull in the big bucks that they will get. They can be really effective and pushy if they want to, and you know if they keep at it, it would have been successful. Shame MNM is where it is now. I really hope SLCAPEX does a thorough investigation on this and coordinate with ISE in light of Cadence's involvement with the GIIF. I really hope that the investor's money can be given back and that the right thing will be done.

Fact still remains that they have plenty of unfinished business with regards to the SL services and features they tout to be bringing to SL, and that is why so many people invested. Even in a virtual world, there are expectations to fulfill, images to maintain, reputation to keep clean. You manage to do all those things by doing what you are supposed to do, by PUSHING towards the goal that you listed MNM to have. To have things the way they are now, it would take someone REALLY DUMB not to ask questions and put things together. Now whether what has been put together are true or not, that is another matter, and it is a natural thing to speculate, as we are all humans despite being behind an avatar that can be so many different things. We live in a free world where speculations and trying to put two and two together even when it can be difficult is a human thing to do. It is natural for us to investigate, find some answers on our own. Then there is this notion called CAUSE AND EFFECT. The effects of this mess is what MNM let happen. Their actions caused these problems now. If you want no one to jump conclusions to what kind of person you are or what you plan to do with their money or if you don't intend to gain disgruntled investors chasing after you, the situation might have been nipped at the bud. Instead a jungle of confusion and distrust grows. MNM had plenty of opportunity, but chose to delay everything. Looking for answers has just turned into a task as hard as finding a needle in a haystack. If the lawyer can offer the investors their money back, well and good. If this is another way to delay from a resolution and make the investors wait in vain, then shame on MNM.

My earlier post also has a basis based on investor expectations. I believe everyone who invested time, money and effort in this company expects fruit of their investment and labor. Amidst the rumors and the noise, that remains a fact and the basis of the discontent. Oh but there are people who are worried about their money. That's a fact too. I really hope this gets resolved, and amicably (or semi-amicably) too.

How long will this go on? If MNM is set on making things right, this would have been resolved eons ago.
