| Ivan, Well, a P/B of 3.15 is not cheap, we perfectly acknowledge it, and for a good reason. Again, our company has great expertise in sales and our results have shown how quickly we can turn any investments into sustainable ones. Even at 3.15 P/B we still can generate ~25% yield annual and provides steady income for investors. Management is not taking any pay at the moment, but once profits are up we will take 5% of profits as pay. Our growth will likely come from asset injections or recapitalizations from offering of new shares. It should not hurt the yield tho as we try to balance yield at 25%. Kavai |

| Please read our dividend policy. We issue dividends quarterly. June first is when we will issue around 5 cents per share to shareholders. | ||

| http://www.slcapex.com/home/story/RCP/1509 As stated above, the dividend is currently a quarterly one. Our first quarter ends May 31 2008. Dividend will be paid on June 1. However, we do have some shareholder activism from NIC's Scott Nestler to change our dividend policy from quarterly to monthly. We will consider this and make changes if necessary in the coming weeks. |

| April financials posted on the same link above. RCP has earned an operating income of L$ 182,472.00, in line with out estimates. There was a L$ 25,000.00 one-time charge paid to SLCapex for raising an additional L$ 1,000,000 from Scott Nestler of NIC. We will be expanding our operations next month, and we project next month's earnings to be between L$ 200,000 to L$ 225,000. Dividend will be paid out June 1, 2008. |

| I highly doubt you can even recover your tier fees through membership fees. After all... why play virtual golf when you can tee off in real life? I just don't understand the attraction anywhere. | ||

| Financials for June is now posted on link above. Due to summer months we did take a hit on our revenues, but we do expect a rebound in the fall seasons. We are suspending our dividends for the summer months (July/August) in prep for expansion. | ||

| Financials are posted in link above. We are in talks with acquiring another island so we are going to suspend our dividend this month until we reach any agreement with the other party or issue the dividend next month if no conclusion is reached. | ||
