| Not for nothing, but there's no announcement in either of those places as to where the stock is being moved to. Perhaps it would be mildly appropriate to be impolite soon, or to post on those sites. |

SL Wallet Public Forum » Is everyone tired of SLW? Re: Is everyone tired of SLW? |

| It's the wild stock price swings that probably caused less investment in SLW. Every time a buyout is done, the price should go up - but instead, the price is being brought down by people every single time. In essence, it isn't worth investing in because people are trying to kill the goose and eat it instead of taking care of the golden eggs. It is pretty amusing to watch investors self-destruct. The trouble is that they take others with them when they do. |

SL Wallet Public Forum » A sugestion how Arb could Fair Honestly... |
|
| having followed this since the inception, and noting the decreased amount of communication from Arbitrage on these issues and the fact that the wrong people appear to be making money while the 'right' people - the ones forced into the exchange - are not... First of all, the people who are forcing the price down are screwing everyone. I would suggest putting their heads on a plate. Who are these mysterious traders that are keeping prices so low that when people are forced to cash out due to the length of time necessary for the buyback they are shortchanged? Who are these traders that simply hate to see people get the value of 2 buybacks so far, and continue to not only screw the people forced into SLWallet but also prolong the buyback time due to their trading? I mean - fair is fair, trading is OK, but after 2 buybacks the share price should be substantially higher. Or is it that the decreased communication has plunged the faith in SLWallet so low that even the nickel and dime day traders can't manage to get the price of the stock up? Rather pitiful situation, you see. Before you know it, it will all be traders getting the buyback and all the people who lost money in JT Financial will have a bad taste in their mouth. I'll wait for the next buyback to write about SLWallet on Your2ndplace, but this will be a reference point for what I write... fair is fair, and right now things don't seem too fair. |

| The beginning of April sometime. It has been fairly consistent. Feel free to ask Arbitrage when the last buyback was; nothing was posted on it and I inquired about why it was not posted. There was no response. There's really no option but to sit tight and wait. But yes, there was a buyback at the beginning of April. |

SL Wallet Public Forum » A sugestion how Arb could Fair Re: A sugestion how Arb could Fair |

| Better hurry, Arb. The price of SLWallet is plummeting, and that seems to be directly proportional to the trust in SLWallet at this point. Without a buyback, a shareholder's meeting is going to be rather hard to control. The trouble with good faith is that once spent, it is hard to get back. |

SL Wallet Public Forum » Sugestions for a better future Re: SugGestions for a better future |

| I'll just say this right up front: Everyone wants to be the CEO when things are bad, but no one seems to want the job when things are going well. That said, sure, Arbitrage could have done things better - I'm sure that Arbitrage Wise would say as much himself. Business is Risk. Good business is mitigating risk. Perfect business doesn't exist. I'll hammer people when they do things that are questionable. I'll make fun of them. I'm even good at that, so much so that I don't get invited to investor parties anymore. :P But what has happened since Linden Lab closed unregulated banking in Second Life is simply not pretty anywhere. It isn't that things could be better - it is that they never really were. Could the buybacks have been done differently? Sure. Could the difference(s) have made things better? Maybe. But part of the trouble of running anything, from a boat to a business to operating a toilet paper roll involves making the best decisions with the available information. While everyone is barking up Arb's tree, they might want to realize that he's... still around. And he's telling people the bad news - the stuff that he was trying to avoid having to tell people. And he's shared what he believes is good as well. So what's next? If you're in SLW, then you have to deal with what is here. You can always cash out - the investors do seem to be out in force and rallying against what may well have been something that dropped to zero. Me? I think Arb has character. And to me, that means something. He isn't blaming anyone else. He doesn't even mention Linden Lab anymore. He's trying to move forward. That's healthy. Perhaps everyone else should as well. |
