| When we went IPO, we knew we would close it soon, but never imagined it would be so fast. In less than 4 days the IPO was closed. Thanks to all of you who trusted in our project, our company and in us. Tomorrow, Sunday, we planned to have a meeting for current and possible shareholders. We must recognize that our idea was also to convince some of you into buying our shares. It wasn't necessary. | Hi Cornellius, The whole net profits will be distributed to shareholders including ourselves. That means at the moment we'll get 77% and external shareholders the remaining 23%. We didn't expect the IPO to finish so fast, so we thought about starting with the whole plan in November. We'll keep everyone updated. |

| I issue this memo today with great excitement and optimism regarding [ hoorenbeek ] (HBK). When our IPO started in the beginning of October, we thought it would close near November but closed in only 3 days. Then we thought: Why wait? And decided to accellerate things and start with the business plan right away. Since then we are surging forward with an aggressive and captivating business strategy. Specifically, since our IPO closed out we have increased our income from L$280K (SEPTEMBER) to L$400k (OCTOBER), therefore, we will be paying dividends in November! (both financials and dividends will be posted before Nov. 10th) This was due to various factors including but not limited to our SL classified ads, the release of several new products, the hiring of Crescendo for PR and Marketing, and becoming head sponsor of the prestigious EFA Fashion Week. I am extremely confident that our business plan and strategy are absolutely effective! This in turn will enable us to become one of the most successful companies in SL and at the SL Capital Exchange. | Hello everyone, Here are some news about our activities in the past weeks. Regarding production, we added some new products like the Designer and Plain T-Shirts lines, the Kerouac Jeans, a line of Berets, and we are working in the development of a new series of pants and sculpted shoes which shall see the vritual light of SL very soon. About marketing and PR we keep working tightly with Crescendo. While we are developing a long term strategy, we have already booked a 1 page ad on December's issue of SL top fashion magazine "Second Style" and we are planning to do some agressive marketing moves in December which will include among other things a Special Winter Sale. We also made an interview for the fashion blogs Hodge Podge and Ewing's Fashion (creators of EFA Fashion Week) and more interviews are on queue with other top SL fashion media. Income keeps growing. | Hi everyone, All is going very well. Will post a notice, financials and dividends in the next days. I'm sorry if I don't post so often here. We are working A LOT on Hoorenbeek (interviews, product development, customer care, marketing, and so on) so as our time is not infinite we try to focus on the most important things that will make the company grow and generate profit. If you have any urgent concerns you can always send me a notecard. I agree with Cash, if you are interested in HBK you should join our Subscribe-O-Matic group by clicking the signs at our store to be updated with news and product releases. Also, I think it's a VERY good time to buy shares. We are tempted to buy a bunch ourselves, but we won't do it for now. We are one of the few companies which are really rolling and growing every day, and which gave dividends right away after finishing IPO.
