i know Andy (from A.M.Sportsbets ;)and he is absolutly right.
Nothing speaks against selling picks, i not take any money for placing those bets in RL.
That would be against LL laws.
Just selling picks in hope to beat those bookies and try to make a nice ROI for my customers (and myself), that´s all.

For the land, thanks for the offer Scott but just a office is not enought.
I need at least min. 1k land because of the prims.
Maybe even little bit more because a SL friend maybe wants to sell his Sportsclothing stuff there also.
The pickboards have not a lot of prims, but the things around when i want make it look good.

I have a piece of land which I bought and don't have anything in mind yet to put it to good use.

I was wondering if someone out there would like to develop on it and start their own business.

I am proposing the following:

- No Rent/Tier necessary for 2 months (sponsoring the land cost myself during this period).

- After 2 months, if the business owner wishes to continue making use of the land, I get paid the land tier cost (month by month in advance, no refunds).

- When the business starts making some profit, I get paid 2% of it for the first month of profit, then 3% on subsequent months.

From what I can tell you Scott, certain scripters that I've interviewed sounded either they tried to cheat, or knew what they were doing, but are ridiculously expensive. Possibly we can share costs on this one if you're interested or research together and choose the right candidates. Unless you're that rich, then best of luck.
