This message constitutes a FORMAL NOTICE of DEFAULT issued to Metanetwork Media(MNM) pursuant to the continued Listing Requirements as published at SL Capital http://www.slcapex.com/content/listing

Should appropriate remedies NOT be made on of before 11:59pm (SLT)08/31/2008 MNM will be DELISTED for CAUSE.

Notwithstanding the extraordinary effort put forward by both myself and Scott Nestler to assist MNM Shareholders in compelling the pricipal(s?) of MNM to resolve its differences with its former employees and Investors it would appear that the principal(s) of MNM remain largely uncooperative and combative. We've made NO measurable progress to resolve or refute the claims that have been made.

We did receive an email late Wednesday afternoon from Jamar Freeze claiming that both he and MNM, Inc. were being represented by counsel, specifically Havona Madama of Madama Griffitts O'Hara LLP.

As of 5:00 PM this evening calls to the published number for the firm have not been returned.

I reside in New York, and so does Jamar Freeze. So there is no issue there. I do have RL lawyers available to me in CA, but I am fairly confident that it will not be necessary.

This is either a NY or Federal issue.

As far as who's lawyer told me to keep my mouth shut, that would be mine, While he is in communications with Jamar's attorney.

I haven't seen on the site or anywhere else where this lawyers cases were filed anywhere but NYS. SL/LL is based in California, and most parties involved are either outside NYS or international. So unless this lawyer has a license in other states and has been licensed for international law too I am thinking this is one big smoke screen.

On the other hand this could all work in everyone elses favor. Why? Because Jamar resides in NYS, so that would mean if it was necessary one lawyer and one class action suit representing all victims of MNM. Heck of alot cheaper than everyone getting a lawyer. Isn't there strength in numbers. Very possible that even the mention of such a tactic would change things around.

i was sending emails to that MNM lawyner(is that the legal council you mean) and never got response lol.

What i not understand when i looked through the old MNM posts i saw some links to RL pictures with partys with that MNM logos on the Tv Screeens in the back.

Bottom line you / me the investors lost $$$ ok and the general SL public where hoodwinked.

To cover myself lol..their attorney has nothing to contribute to this type of forum because they have no more to loose than their location which is more like probably from what it looks like a media hud which is not a surprise which is what we expected. could be an in-house attorney. and they would not use a forum like this to post because it would be un-ehtical.

Sit tight for a time and watch... Ive.seen usually in a reasonable time a respectable law FIRM at least notify its plaintiffs accusers of the suit they r questioned on within a decent time and not go on vacation ..that sounds fishy to me. Which if they decide to play the card correct that I assume I think they r trying to choose how they will drag this out really which is an unproducible profit for them it will be dismissed in court and is an another stall tactic blunder.

What i mean is they know its a no win situation and for thier client / friend they will drag it out knowing they wont profit from it and hope the investors will go away and take the loss unfortunatly.

But i will say in my perspective that either their attorney is a friend and the r representing them in an official / unoffical way they may have to really look deep into their own career or they could be screwed too. so they r thinking about how not to take action really.

they r going to try and paint this in a very believable light if it goes to court which I don't see happening..... for the majority of shareholders because of the platform but there r major shareholders yes.

The principal players / investors had more to loose and it would be more of a closer connection of the "internet wire fraud" theme scheme thing whether the the other parties r willing to participate in having been the ones who lost or were taken would come forward then..

there is a debatable the case.

Otherwise if their is not a recipient on the other side (which would be the investors) who has lost, there is no discrepancy. So there would be no case .


If no one makes a case really you literally r screwed and a lesson has been learned once again. If you don't legally go forward to recover your losses there is no official case. MNM didn't loose anything ..This libel talk is bogus. The investors had all the right to question and speculate and accuse because they didn't know what else to do. It was their only recourse to take because the accused r unknowns really. The investors did and the shareholders had and have all the right to what they lost in this. To them / us it is considered a theft.

You / we got taken and they know you did and they have friends who r in law who don't care really and r just stalling for their clients. They r using them like they did us and they r that dam stupid to comply and what i just mentioned and don't understand why they would put themselves in that position either so this word COMPLY is a very big word u need to pay attention to.

Its plain and simple you have most likely been hoodwinked or caught at your own game but in a different manner and maybe you didn't intend to be deceived by these people in my own opinion who were full of themselves all along and we knew that and spread themselves to thick and got caught off guard ...like the summer ok and they had better things to do...I knew the summer would bring this for some reason.

I'm so sorry this happend again but it did and if u want to prevent these types of events you can only sort of control them..institute a regulatory constitution like people have mentioned that u all agree to and stick to it and don't count on sl / LL because of Libal issues and for "aiding and abbetting" which is a felony and they will protect themselves and basically show that the did not contribute in anyway to this because their TOS protects them. Hmm not sure about that one either if it could hold up in court..your on your own here to a degree..if im correct..but then again some agreements and signs have been proven bogus under some circumstances and this looks like one f them.

The sign your neighbor use to post "no tress passing" and u got hurt umm never held up in court really so you r caught between a rock and a hard place asking for help from LL would take a long time. Because you placed so much $$$ into this so called game people try to strongly say it still is but it isn't really and it is not regulated period and your about to loose. I never try and throw in the hat but i see this going on and on like a cat and mouse game and if you retain an attorney in RL yourselves and u see yourselves pretty much on the winning side make sure you have your attorney state that the other side pays all your legal fees after it is over.


Use it to your advantage ok....if this attorney is complying with their client to drag out a bogus case to avoid paying back its investors thats wrong and they may be thinking about that.

so "comply" is a big word here ..that attorney probably knows its a stall tactic for their friend and what they have done so far hasnt cost them much time or $$ but may be risking their reputation in all this and may just say to them "hey listen this is not good for me your on your own .. i threw my name out there for u maybe they will go away" I don't know but think that is a possibility.

This happens all the time and u don't see it until it hits home and in this case it hit home. Were tired of the con game in sl and its time the cons were weeded out.

Its never kosher to approach the plaintiffs attorneys on your own so u just have to wait and see or get your own attorney. and I see that thats worth it considering the amount of money taken here.

That's the game they r going to play from what i'm seeing. I also don't think i'm seeing the whole picture either and think many involved havent because im not in the others shoes but to me it looks like one big stall tactic to see if u will give up.

Look who the bad guy is here. They r no doubt and its a shame it has to come to this but if this goes to court it may help out future investors on platforms like this. Its not virtual law were talking about its internet wire fraud.

I think some of the delay in information is that Jamar's legal council is on vacation and all communication at this point is thru her.

My understanding is that she is due to return on Monday, September 8th.

So we know this:

Jamar Freeze either is or isn't Cadence as well as Jaison Spad. A promised forthcoming announcement regarding this never materialized. I'm not surprised. It really doesn't matter to me who is who, outside of the fact that IF Jamar was indeed both there were some serious misrepresentations going on that, in my opinion, stagnated the company by creating an unnecessary SL/RL bureaucracy.

Jamar stated on a call full of witnesses that he wanted to reverse IPO and allow MNM to go its own course. This was agreeable. Even a buy back was somewhat agreeable in my opinion. However, no further information has been forthcoming and I'm assuming that Jamar now has no intention of following through on this plan. Is this the case?

There has been no communication to the public from MNM or anyone representing MNM. I'm not sure that the attorneys understand that MNM is a SL public company, and as such, the CEO has a fiduciary duty and responsibility to the shareholders (if not lawfully then at least ethically!). Further, I hope that the attorneys understand that serious money was taken from the SL community to start a company. You would think some sort of public announcement would be in order. Either screw you, we are working on it, or we are going to make this right. Something.

It's now been over almost a MONTH since the conference call, and the only communication to the public had been via third party accounts of interaction with the attorneys. NO statement has been made by MNM management or its representatives. I would think that by now MNM would realize, and advise the attorneys, that no communication leads to wild speculation. Why not nip this in the bud?

What’s the end game here and why is there no communication? If MNM is such a savvy media company why is there no statement? Why has there been no statement from the attorneys stating their position on the matter or that they’ve been retained? We all know how we feel, but there is just a black hole of disappearance on the other end. What’s going on?

Cadence Juran was a public figure (and Jaison to some extent as well). Everything she did and all her actions were meant to thrust her into the spotlight. She fought to be an SL celebrity. Somehow she couldn’t live with the flip side of the coin and criticism that celebrity brought. I’m not sure what the basis of the “slander” suit is or who it’s aimed at, but just keep that in mind (as I am sure you all have).

For us to wait and see how this plays out is um not a hard one..we pretty much know whats happened (NOTE: speculation on some stupid deal in RL .

Iv given this some thought and I speculate that it may be dropped for other reasons.

I can say this though. We just wittnessed another scam / fraud situation here and what the others have talked about as far as real secure hmm regulations ..good idea ..they need to be implemented. who knows who these people were or if their still here , they could probalby well be very close indeed to us all or just a dim whitt who screwed up big time but cost some people a lot of money and saying that Im pointing fingers at a few of you to be very carefull with how much u invest in here.

This is not the gravy train u think it is. You could loose it all and r u willing to do that? No ...I dont think so.

Ive looked at how much others have invested and its crazy. But then again who knows what all this will bring. there r some really great ideas and companies coming out of all this and some alliances. (the jurys still out on if this is really the investment of the future umm not!) Which I find remarkable and good. Given they r not all in cahoots lol and thats just the paranoid me coming out. I dont trust to much anymore and well I hope those that have lost so much will persue this one.

Who knows what they were involved with and how many. But dont let it consume you. I did to a point but to prove a point..buyer beware.

I think theres a lot going on here that is good but im just not sure of this anymore and Im sure others like me have lost interest in investing to much but its the ones who r new and or others who have seen what is posssible that frightens me in all this. If they wont name names or communicate hmm why cant the ones who lost so much really go for the juggular..u know........they got away with it really...get a dam lawyer or take your losses. ..

Well they havent gotton away with it totally ..like Ive said its a matter of time and Im not talking a few months...they watch all players not just the ones who messed up but everyone and put it all together. Get the picture.

I did not speak of cresendo or allegro. There was a mention of the acquisition of a small investment firm, no name just the statement "additionally we purchased a small investement firm a few months ago" which must have been within 1 to 3 months after she joined SL, after she had purchased that small investment firm she called it allegro and listed it on ISE under the symbol GIIF.

My question was, does anybody know how that small investment firm was called before she obtained it and from who she obtained it before it was called allegro.

There seems to be little to be found about this deal and its details, So if anybody knows please post a reference where I can find this info.

It is just that most newcomers to SL spend first few months
trying to figure out how it all works and who is who while making contacts and relations. starting of with the purchase of a small investment firm in such a small time frame is very exceptional at the least.

I don't understand what your are asking about. I didn't talk about Allegro or Crescendo. I only talked about GIIF, which is trading on ISE (halted now of course). I never saw the other companies (Cresendo / Allegro) listed on any exchanges in SL.

There are limitations of only 25 groups per person so I can see if someone is very busy and needs more grouups they may need an alt.

On another note a PR comopany is supposed to create PR and interest which apparently is part of what occured in this entire sitution. Not in defence or condemnation of anyone.

the actual concensuse is that od course Cadence was a peice of work podiibly of another experinced resident who created her or was a co-conspiritor who fled once they saw things were getting a bit to hot. But we do know that they were directed in a way of business that they were already familair with the operations of the exchanges and business of sl when they came in so which of no surprise. Many have alts but how many use them to fraud others out of great funds..hmm we know that answere.

Simple to say have a consciouse please when trreading these waters becasue either your going to screw up big time or tread water or fly thur and in this case the screwed up and this is a great example of using a better business beurou um spelling again sorry V-Trade but it will be a very great asset to the virual worlds to come so you got a good one there..lets hope we can monitor those who dont vote on themselves and it is the clinets for ratings. but it is a great feature and great example for information.

What confuses me is this, after so many empty words, more and more stall tatics, does some ppls still believe he is going to come good over creating a committee to pay everyone back?
The RL company never really existed, the so called 'patent' was a 'hold your breath' tatic to keep everyone deflected whilst they (Cadence/Jamar) planned their retreat out of SL. Is anyone sure Fred is actually not just another persona of Jamars? How many more can you add to that list, afterall, we only 'met' avatars, and read emails etc posted under an 'assumed name'.

Strange also, since that day, the magic phone in session, no one has heard from jamar?

Reading the financial presentations, with Jamars background in financial circles and credentials, makes you wonder how so many of the figures didn't add up, and many mistakes.
I knew of the financial incompedence of this so called RL 'team' when I was presented with the CashFlow forecaster spreadsheet. I had to not only correct many of the formulas in the sheet, but actually add fundemental elements such as Insurance, Telephone and other blantantly obvious elements required for any real business, that they had 'missed off'. The formulas had huge mistakes which showed 800% NET profits over and above trading revenues values. I would have expected a 11 year old to have come up with a better spreadsheet presentation.
When I completed the Production budgets and sent the sheet back, I was asked to make internal commercials for the 'team', when I asked where were their budgets in the cashflow forecaster, I was replied 'Budgets?'. 4 weeks later I resigned from MNM.

Their ideas of running/managing a company were as useful as a handbrake in a canoe. They could talk the talk, but not walk the walk. Empty words.. hours of it. None of which impressed me.

so what r we really dealing with here? One it looks like a group of people who r in the music industry which is cool and rap is hot still but also in all of the music industry you have people trying to break in big and need to raise capital. we don't know how well they r really doing but you always know there r a few bad seeds.

My nephew is in the biz lol and cutting records in a serious way I wil say and wont say who he is dealing with and that from my past my best friends grandfather was a famous musician and wont go into details but know how hard the $$ 's get because they do not know how to manage their finances well that's where my father came in to rescue him and well also if these charmers of this biz knew they would bless theri lucky stars where they r today and respect the older generation M. Meaning not "Generation me" but Generation help launch their careers.

There's a lot of corruption in all this i know first hand and any legal team who handles anyone in the music industry knows they have their hands full.

but as far as MNM still they were as far as i would imagine trying to ride on their caotails and not a really part of that scene and trying to be.

thats why i mentioned why not connect to them and see what happened. But it may be a loosing battle since they would not want to place themselves in anyway a publicly ehh not so notible position so they would either brush it off or say the mutual agreement was to go their own way.

i dont know but but thats my gut feeling. they may have cut ties because of bad press but remained friends and u wont get any feed back that would be of substance.

Like i said before my best friends grandfather was from the old school of musicians in NY who played with Armstrong and Duke Elingotn and all the greats and they all most of them lost or never made a fortune till they died. Roylaties r paid but get messed up...it isnt an easy business even when your the greatest of the greatest if you dont manage your money right.

saw it first hand and to this day see the fallout in the family. Dads got the rights to the music but well he is even not well and who carries on? not me..Ive seen family scawbles not mine but in my friends family.

now were dealing with my nephew who is in the international music scene in Progressive rock which is not so poppular in the US but they want it to be..it really isnt here but the UK and other countties it is and they r on a tour to promote their band which is going very well. I wont mention th elabel but its great. And Im a proud aunt lol But i know from the old school and now that the industry is really tuff and cruel and ruthless and for some to get in its tuff and for those who want to follow whuich would be MNM lol followers who want to be in that scene but may not fit in have fallen between the cracks of their promises and thats why they aww feel their rep has been tainted and they may even thought they took from you people (me a little) that they r sore they didnt make it ..great idea and to bad they didnt keep it together or maybe they didnt want to.

they needed quick capital and poof they went on their way...who knows..

But having had their screen on a stage at an event ..i know anyone can do that for imprrssions but they could have gone further...someone screwed up there and that event was in april so someone was on a high and thought it was going to fly..so who knows..they still flew the coup and either they come back and show more what they have and it doesnt mean sitcoms..

If they want to invest in the Rap thing in NY ok...listen I know first hand its hot..why the heck r they not just being truthfull thats what they r targeting big time and not machinima..thats wasnt theri goal I get that. It was music all the time..not sl..


the scene to them is Rap or R&B whatever and that's profitable so stick with it and not camoflauge it with the sl popular machinima thing. If you want to be in the misic thing / promote them do it..don't fake out people who take machinima serious.

whats interesting about your link to is that the EMA photography type is different and that photography doesnt have that signature on any of the photos of the babies lol either.

The 1992 date only seems to indicate that this particular company was approved for tax exemption in that year. It did not mention if the company in question is still active on this PO BOX.

I fully agree with you that not all names that will surface can be indicated or related to what is being searched. But as these are all publically accessable documents on the web it does not reveal any private or sensitive information as long if it is handled as being fragments of the papertrail many people are trying to trace.

It might sound harsh to the people that MNM seems to owe money to, But this should be compared to a treasurehunt in SL where you search for the next notecard that contains a clue about where to search next.

Intrigueing is it not ? Complex too though, but it seems that being in debt / providing loans to yourself is actually a way to make money that comes from obscure sources accountable (after having it routed through offshore detours first of course).

I came across a few stories on the web that tell about companies that run up the bill with suppliers untill they get called into court by the supplier who wants his money and then they try to settle for a lower amount then owed and ask for a pay agreement in monthly terms. Is it in the US also possible to deduct debts on operational expenses ? Hmm I have not figured this one out yet.

What does this all have to do with MNM or SL for that matter you would ask, well if these things are already possible in RL with all of its regulations I can only imagine what possibillities there are availeble in a unregulated international virtual environment like SL for example.

It has placed the casino / banking restrictions imposed by LL in a different daylight for me.

Cadence started GIIF on ISE around the same time her avatar was created. It's evident that she already had knowledge of how the financial market worked in SL. GIIF was intended to promote the ISE, with Info Cafe, and lectures/classes on investing. No investors on ISE would disagree with that, don't you think?

The part that is more obscure, is that the share price went through the roof, super-high dividends were paid, which in my knowledge couldn't be achieved with the investments GIIF made. It had to come from elsewhere. As soon as people would cash in, Cadence would buy the shares up to bring the stock price back up. Nothing ever got built, or really put up in place to promote the ISE. She was mainly making connections with key players/investors, preparing her way for a more bigger thing. MNM.

I don't think MNM IPO'd anywhere else but on CapEx. She needed high volume and ISE or VSTEX couldn't provide it.

In my opinion, it was a public relation scheme to attract key players in spitting money on it. I did. And many others I won't name. Even CapEx was somehow proud in a way to be offering the biggest IPO ever, sticking its tongue at WSE.

The rest we all know the story.

Did we all believe it could work? I don't know. Some investors don't really matter long term. If they can double their investment in a short time, they will jump on it. And if it did work, it would have made many people bloody rich. It was cleverly presented, but very badly managed.

Does this mean that you can actually start a profit company on a PO BOX ???
So you dont have to provide a geographical location as a business adress or a home adress that is supported by an goverment issued identification card when registering to be a profit company ? Come on stop kidding me, the MNM Inc. location must be on file some where.

To my knowledge every legal activity leaves a paper trail (often digital these days but a guaranteed trail nontheless) to the person conducting them. if there is no paper trail the company simply does not exsist in the legal sence of the word or indicates illegal activities at the very least.

Does anybody have some information about or knows the name of the small investment fund Cadance Juran bought and from who she bought it. It was the one she called Allegre or Allegro and listed it on ISE as GIIF if I am correct.
ISE seems to be one of the first clients of Cresendo.

Does anybody know if she tried to get MNM listed on ISE before she aplied to CAPEX, If so does anyone still remember why ISE did not accept MNM or why she did not tried to get listed on ISE that seemed to be her first major inworld business client. How did the 2 exchanges differ in their view about MNM visions
Yes I know the reason told at that time was that ISE did not have the client base to support such ambitions.

Am I the only one that is amazed by the sprint Cadence made in SL since she joined SL ? She either must have had some damn charming personality or a pretty convincing business plan to trap so manny players in her web in such a short time. Within 5 monts she became one of most prominent public figures in the SL business scene and somehow gained unconditional trust from a lot of key figures in the SL financial arena.

Even Scott Nestler whom seems to be a seasoned business man in RL did not suspect any holes in the deal MNM offered, that must mean it would have been a pretty ironclad construction she was offering everybody involved now would it not. And he is not the only one been taken for a ride as I understand (that is to say if there would be any intention from MNM to take investors for a ride).

I still find it hard to believe that if there was a scam intended from the start they would not do it with such a high public profile. What idiots would risk 20 years in jail for 20.000 USD, certainly not the people whom have the intelligenge to successfully pull a high profile stunt like this. Come on gimme a break will ya, a young man with a full lifetime and a good carreer ahead of him risking it all on a stupid stunt like this, Nah highly unlikely.

Anyway there is more to this all then is being revealed so far. it is my personal opinion that the biggest bastards are still here in SL laughing their @$$ off while setting up the next job.

Yes Scott that was their remote address. Its was a PO BOX they had in one of those one stop business locations. A lot of Mail Order and fund raising businesses use them.

That's why we all kept asking well where is the real location which we never got and also when you met one of them they only provided you with a business card with a name and cell number.

Which I would have said at that moment "excuse me but if you wouldn't mind..could you use my pen to write down the address of the real life location please?"

They either never had a real life location. Which we can feel is the case since everything has been so secretive. most likely senerio is they worked from home or were working on MNM at their real life jobs which may also be a no since they couldn't find the time during the day to put aside for any interaction since we all questioned what they did with the raised capital withdrawn to real life.

Also who is this person? I have come across numerous requests for employment for the RL MNM in the past and had seen this one before but this one had a name to it. So I figured I'd put this one out there. None of them ever gave a location of employment just NY. Does anyone know this person?

We know office space is pricey in NY and have that it isn't unusual to have a crazy mix of companies together in one building but it was a PO Box nevertheless. It probably wont do anything, but I felt better giving their company a -100% rating.

I suspect their 'legal council' is a retainer fee laywer from Mexico. Without wishing to flame those lawyers, they basically cover a legal requirement of any company, having a 'name' lawyer noted on their books. Mainly designed for small Sole Trading companies, who probably won't ever need their services, but are required by law to retain the services.

I am trying to keep things in perspective for my self as I am following it's progress and feel that this story is going to be the CAUSE that would change the way SL based exchanges look at the semi SL/RL company constructions as an EFFECT.

But in the mean time keep your heads cool and not march in Tony Montana/Soprano style or gather a lynchmob to put on some pressure. If this was a lost case upfront, if there would be no money to pay the bills or not some way to earn a $ on this no lawfirm would have accepted MNM as a client. I believe if one does not have money to hire a lawyer the legal system assigns a lawyer (pro deo) if I am correct. So yes there must be money and yes the lawfirm knows the bills will be payed (btw do they represent MNM the company or Jamar Freeze the person, putting up a defence against reputational damage).

May I ask what case you have build and what evidence there is to support it. ?

There are no legal grounds to call upon in RL when it comes to investments made on a SL stockmarkets (it does not fall under the US SEC). Neither the LL TOS nor the SLCapEx TOS describe any policy regarding these matters.

As far as I can tell SLCapEx did everything within the extent of their TOS to handle this on a correct and responsible manner. If there had been any wrong doing within their TOS extent they would have reacted accordingly

No need to rehash the LL TOS regarding 3th party transactions.

So again I like to ask if there is any RL documentation that supports the accusations against MNM or whomever for that matter, But the fact that Scott Nestler is still trying to gather support from SL investors before making his next step instead of persuing this without a doubt because there is solid evidence that proofs fraud and leaves no speculation possible wether this is a case of poor management skills in economically hard times just makes me wonder what the foundation is on which the accusation for fraud is based.

Is this a ace in the hole strategy of is it a bluf to make the opponent fold ?

To have things the way they are now, it would take someone REALLY DUMB not to ask questions and put things together. Now whether what has been put together are true or not, that is another matter, and it is a natural thing to speculate, as we are all humans despite being behind an avatar that can be so many different things. It is natural for us to investigate, find some answers on our own.

Then there is this notion called CAUSE AND EFFECT. The effects of this mess is what MNM let happen. Their actions caused these problems now.

If you want no one to jump conclusions to what kind of person you are or what you plan to do with their money or if you don't intend to gain disgruntled investors chasing after you, the situation might have been nipped at the bud. Instead a jungle of confusion and distrust grows.

MNM had plenty of opportunity, but chose to delay everything. Looking for answers has just turned into a task as hard as finding a needle in a haystack.

If the lawyer can offer the investors their money back, well and good. If this is another way to delay from a resolution and make the investors wait in vain, then shame on MNM.

100% Based on Fact - No slander, Libel or character asasaination.

MNM et all - Did in Fact default on their tier payment for Synergy island. ( $400.00 + USD including the additional days that they were late)

Not only did they default but they played underhanded and sneaky. Putting off actual payment for an additional week ( minimum) and then stating that they would pay via paypal....

Once they paid via paypal ( via e-check ) they waited a couple of days until I felt secure that the payment had been made and then promptly cancelled it. Without saying a word to us or even apologizing at ANY point.

Then I finally get a response back from Jamar, to the effect that they need a couple of weeks - but will keep the sim - however the next email when pressed about EXACT date and time.... we were told 3 weeks MINIMUM and that...... if we didnt like it they would rebuild later.

So at any rate Fraud - Scam - they may be a little harsh - but in my eyes and by the obvious intent to "hoodwink" me regarding the paypal payment .. I have my own label for the entire organization, However I chose to keep that to myself.

You are absolutely correct, everyone is entitled to their choise of livestyle and also everyone has the right to obtain legal counsel. To a lawfirm a client is a client and just the ones who pay the bill for services provided.

Speculation is the core around which the SL stockmarket game seems to revolve. As does the MNM case seems to be based on so far.

PLEASE remember the golden rule Kaffe, due dilligence before going all in.

The stall tactic seems to work in their favor because after reading Scott's post about his conversation with the attorney in questing who told him she is going to sue for reputational damage inflicted on her client, it seems the more slander or libel the better for them, but hanging up on the phone in the middle of a call seems to point toward
unprofesionalism or a red hot discussion.

Regarding the NDA, I placed a post with a link somewhere about breach of contract on moral or ethical grounds. Unfortunately there are no replies on it yet. But when a person has reasonable suspiscion or proof of criminal activeties is she/he then not obligated by law to come forward and disclose or risk being held accountable to the fact ? I am not completely sure on this yet but there seems to be mittigating circumstances based on moral or ethical grounds for breach of contract in situtations like these.
Again I repeat, reasonable suspiscions or proof.

I do symphatise with all whom got cought up in this mess.
But I would leave the RL legal battle to those investors whom have made RL deals beyond the SL LL TOS. It is highly unlikely that any court will show considderation for investments made in SL under the LL TOS or the exhange TOS for that matter.

So please remember people, this is no longer a RPG in the "Land Of Oz" but you are back in Kansas now.

I hate to say this but one might wonder is Jaison one of the models in the magazine since no one is allowed to know what the money went for in the real life venture due to the NDA, would he be embarressed to reveal that this is possibly where the money went?

As it has yet to be revealed where the money did go, it certainly does lead to rampant speculation.

The interesting thing is that this entire matter went from a promised buy back starting in August to a meeting with more promises then to more stalling and no action to a new divrersionary tactic of legal threats.

Maybe it is because Health corp seems to specifically targets the latin and african americans in their fight against obeasity and the Flava men magazine seems to excusively use the latin and african american gay men in their publication.

that seems to link her name to a adult magazine owned by a man named ... eehhh ... oh yes here it is .. Phillip Bleicher(just google him) as her being the attorney at record (found at the bottom of the page).
