One reason is to make sure we dont have one person controlling different companies with different alts. Another reason is to see how serious they are with their business proposal.

I am sure Bogart will add some more reasons.

One way to ensure that this does not happen again, would be to require for a security from CEO's or officers, such as sims under the name of a CapEx owned avatar - there are a number of possiblities. Will this be accepted by new companies or companies that exist? Will this be accepted by investors?

Or would you invest in a company that one avatar controls all sims, assets, groups and / or linden? It does seem so this has been the case. It comes back to "due diligence".

SLCapEx does not endorse a company when it lists it - the company has meet requirements and has a business plan that is workable.

So basically, should we understand that the RL information CapEx requires is only creating a false sense of security for investors? Especially to the new investor that may think their investment is somehow protected.

Can I ask just what are you investigation upon, since even with your thorough investigations, investors still get stolen each months.

At the end of the day you can judge LL, SLCapEx and anyone else you wish to name, but the fact of the matter is that when you hand over your money to invest in something you are basically taking a risk.

SLCapEx is a platform to trade on.

Linden Lab required to cooperate with police and justice and fight against thieves and crooks, but Linden Lab does not help and it is complicated, so do many times. Manuella, RCP did not IPO here - they were a relisting from WSE. Lesson learned. It is my understanding that Kavai still has significant interests in SL and his Avatar is still quite active maintaining those interests.

You might want to attempt to reach him directly in world on his Estate.

Generally, our requirement for CEO RL info is more for our own verification and investigative purposes. It is NOT now nor ever was intended for Publication by us to investors other than what is included in the Prospectus. Any Due Diligence beyond that disclosure is incumbant on the investor and CEO directly.

is very good idea the mr bart heart......You can go back rcp market, and there are several solutions .....
- The return of mr kavai .... with several solutions, it is true.
mr-kavai if the ceo, not to rcp, it is also possible to go back to rcp market ..
This last point is important, as back rcp market presence without mr kavai, is what we write here.
for example, another company can get rcp, with a small contribution as funds for the new company rcp, and the shares of kavai move to the new ceo and be able to have two independent companies or have a fusion ...
I think that rcp, have shares in stock options for example serve to take future earnings .... and it is good to look at other markets if kavai have shares or money, and if sl CAPEX kavai have money or shares,

so nice to be able markets, to be honest, not to steal ...
I do not understand why a man like kavai, which have many sims, people who have orders to their partners or even not write here, and resolve this situation, not be logical that a person be like ...
I wonder if all markets, ise, vstex, and ace be informed of this person and his partners, and be informed of deception in slcapex of rcp, which measures to take, by all logical accounts of these people have to be frozen as a measure of prevention ......¿ news that you have stitch?

They do have it most likely Manuela, however they assume a great liability in giving out sensitive info like that. I'm sure they will use it if needed.

Kavai appears to still be in-world so I would reach out there.

Manuela I would also ask you either contact me in-world or check out the ISE forums on GIIF. There is activity there that you should be aware of.

if you want information kavai it is best to write and tell all ...... linden and linden you of your data and collaborate linden .... if you want to put an allegation ..... they can not withhold information for example ..... but more normal is that it investigate and report linden and get all of kavai to distribute to their customers ... but linden likes to be accomplices to these people, I know from experience ..... XD
many of these things, which always occur, and it leaves customers with nothing ....... and let people know this, many people know that markets a bad name and many people do not want to be in the market. ... many people distrust by logic and not investing .... why markets have low volumes ...

There are people who likes to be honest and you know, and there are people who do not like to be honest and you know ...
I do not try to ceo rcp ......
I say it's sad not to continue with rcp in the market ...
in two months to do many things, many, and always save power company, I am convinced ... with a formula or another formula ...... but it is possible.
it is sad to close rcp, flee, and not continue ... so do a lot of damage and many people sad.
Mr ceo have a duty not to hide and do not lie .... .... bring balance to be sincere and work ...
if in the end we only have 1 sim and a few dollars, it is best to completely disappear ... for example.

Aha! You are correct Morphine. I thought the same thing.

Financials due October 10th.

Openspace announcement October 27th.

That's about 2 1/2 weeks, not including the time before the 10th when they SHOULD have been preparing the financials.

No matter what, there is no excuse for neglecting your shareholders and not explaining the situation at had. That's poor management.

I've found most investors understand that business can be bad sometimes. Everyone has problems, but when you are candid about the environment with people they really understand and in most cases are willing to help solve the problems.

To cut and run with no communication only breeds mistrust and the gathering of pitchforks and torches. I've seen it over and over again.

Bankruptcy is a poor excuse for someone who doesn't want to restructure. There are other ways. Thats really sad. 10 to 1 he would only declare bankruptcy to shed his shareholders and keep the sims. There are other ways around this. But it will take smart planning and communication. This is something that RCP management has failed to show thus far.

Kavai, don't even try to blam LL for your own mistakes, you did not showup on neither forums nor posted any anoucements nor financials after your IPO filled.

Your claim that it's all LL's fault is so full of crap it aint even funny, if you are serious and respect atleast 0.000001% of your shareholders allow them to elect a new CEO to whom you'll transfer all the sims (after the conversion to fullprim sims, something Jack recently said will be offered) to fix the mess YOU created. But if you're a criminal of the kind like Luke or Cadence, then go on with your bullsh*t claiming it's all LL's fault, nobody will believe it and you know that.

For the record i don't own any RCP shares and never have, but lies, fraud and BS like that pisses me off.

Unfortunately on some level you are correct. Should RCP not post Financials by EOM they will be delisted and barred from re-instatement on SL CapEx.

At that point RCP Shareholders would need to seek their own redress with RCP's principles. To be very frank, since its re-listing here from WSE (which Arbitrage did as a FAVOR) this entity has done almost nothing to communicate with or entice its shareholders or potential investors.

It re-listed here 03/01/2008, paid a solitary $0.05 dividend in June and has been essentially MUTE since.

I can certainly empathize if Kavai is ill but one would think that if that's the case another Officer could step in to assume the RESPONSIBILITIES RCP has to its Shareholders.

Seeing as that has not occurred SL CapEx has little choice but to delist RCP for cause.

Unfortunate words, but true IMO.

At that point RCP Shareholders would need to seek their own redress with RCP's principles. To be very frank, since its re-listing here from WSE (which Arbitrage did as a FAVOR) this entity has done almost nothing to communicate with or entice its shareholders or potential investors.

It re-listed here 03/01/2008, paid a solitary $0.05 dividend in June and has been essentially MUTE since.

I can certainly empathize if Kavai is ill but one would think that if that's the case another Officer could step in to assume the RESPONSIBILITIES RCP has to its Shareholders.

Seeing as that has not occurred SL CapEx has little choice but to delist RCP for cause.

Unfortunate words, but true IMO.

Here's a few facts I haven't released yet. But what the heck.

Kavai Onizuka purchased a large block of shares in NIC during the IPO.

When I liquidated some of my holdings in RCP to make lindens available for SLW/SLCX purchases Kavai started selling his shares of NIC, basically tanking the stock and causing a few trading haults...so I got made and sold off all of my RCP. I do not own any RCP and Kavai does not own any NIC.

I remember Bogart calling it a "blood bath"

There is no inside information on RCP, at all...

Ask me any questions and I will tell you what I know.

On a side note, I don't even have Admin rights to CapEx, I am just like the rest of you.

I think it is unfair to suggest that Scott had privileged information, he had the same information that everyone else had.

I am compliance officer and it was my duty to suspend trading according to policy that is clearer stated in the info section of this site.

I was talking with the land manager ( i have all the chat logs have to sort them out) and he told me they invested in 44 Open Space Sims about 2 months ago.

Iwas talking with him about the shareprize and made the sugestion that he should may be post a list of the sims that the company owns.

You have a vital interest that Kavai doent get away with that. Yes,RCP was former Kavai Conglomerate Group (KVG) on WSE and did IPO there not here.

WOW i´m SO Angry about this situation because it´s a nice little land company and imagine at the end we stand there with empty pockets ,our Stake in the company worthless ,while he is earning 200k+ every month with your invested money making me SICK.

We have to stand together and do everything in our power to get him post that damn financials and some news in general about RCP and pay that little fine.

I just got banned from the RCP group while discussing the situation with RCP land managers and and some customers.

Well i just doing more research and wait until the deadline monday (he is well aware about it) then i contact Linden Labs and file abuse reports (every shareholder should do that) and maybe contacting some SL newspapers to pick up that story (the-avastar.com etc.) to warn the SL community about that guy.

To be clear, RCP did NOT IPO on SL CapEx... we did not underwrite it. RCP was a WSE-listed company first.

Our service simply provided a viable market after the fact.
To be frank, they asked to issue a secondary here and we declined the request.

But believe me i do everything i can to make this case public and harm RCP company in ANY way and of course file abuse reports also because it seems this one is fraud...AGAIN

Even a healthy company can f**k their shareholders here, yes this is very rare.

In this case LL should step in ,take some land from RCP sell it and give back money the people who trusted ,believed and put their RL money in this company.

I´m getting scared of myself, my first impression of this company was AGAIN right indeed. (close to 100%)

But more than doing GOOD research and find out 0.16 is way undervalued and invest some L$ in here and hope for the best i could not do.

I do not understand this, we have many rcp sims in sl, be firm truth ... not logical to have all this first, and if the second person to commit a crime because you never punish people, it is very rare ...
it is true and real business, with their sims in sl, and do not make sense to leave it nice of markets, and make it easy to balance because more people work in rcp, this is very rare to rare ...
sl CAPEX able to help clients, or make further shares in relief fund in the market where the value of the share is only paper, but not erase share, or resell the job market for people investing in other words ... .. .
1 .. or do business with shares where the share value have only role ... and not get market value and people decide for sale.
2 sell any company in investor and follow market ..
it is rare rarely slcapex not help the customer with easy to be, many businesses shut down and their clients have no right to anything ..... and be very easy to follow in market ....
markets are rare, and many people just wait and see what happens, if you really honestly grow or be something without much future for rare, rare cases that occur ...... XD

i talked with the land manager from RCP soem days agao and asked him where the CEO is, he answered me he is here but that he is sick in RL and would talk to him outside SL "right now" that he should post some financials or at least post some financials here.

He is online as you can see in the RCP Group nearly every day but not answer a single IM, email, notecard....whatever no answer at all.

And, Yes it is sad.

Nothing we can do about seems like RCP going same direction than his company listed on WSE before

the time to talk to be true, because the facts exist, the words are different .... XD
I think it's a very big need not give monthly balance sheet, and explanations at least 1 time per month.
cases of companies who cheat are many, but there are also a lot of good people.
I expect this issue to have a solution soon.
I prefer not to see the dark side of the market because there are many things that happen and I find it hard to believe that everything be a big lie and delusion, everything can be possible, but I prefer to think positive and believe in people, but the time to say truth ...

hear something from the management lately maybe you,unbonbom Aabye, did you try to contact RCP CEO already?
(Since you are the biggest shareholder with 1,4 Million shares i asume you tried to contact or? I would lol.)

When i did some research myself before investing in a company, like i always do (glad i did in the past ;), i found it little bit strange because CEO not answered me about Standard Questions like "How is business doing?" .."LatestInvestments?"..."Earnings/Dividend forecast".. i got now answer form him/she.

I normally totally ignore my investment in a company if i get no answer or a very very very late answer from its CEO but after i interviewed the Estate manager

("We invested in 44 open Space Sims 2 months before...business doing very well")

and saw the rented lands at the tier payment station ,talked to some RCP renters and joined the RCP Group and saw many people online i thought:

"Oh boy there is a sell order at 16 and 19cents..this must be underdavalued and when get some dividens paid in future this must be a good prize..and bought that ~25,000 shares."

For quite time i have a strange feeling that even that was to much.
NOT because it`s a bad company,it´s not i have eyes, because just the lack of communication(better to say ,no communication) and not even post standard financials right in time and tell investors news about the company.

WE shareholders are part owners of your company, you have to work for us and keep us updated with happenings within the company because WE investedOUR money in you and your skills doing business in SL for bringing us a ROI.

It`s ALSO your job as a CEO to stabilize the shareprize little but in form of placing buy orders, Buybacks..whatever or ppl (mostly stockflippers to earn some 0,00343) cause crashing the stock in the market,

Bogart Beck and his companys is a VERY good example for it, CEO/Mgmt supports the shareprize and how i saw some major shareholders are renting land there.

If it´s working out well here maybe i consider rent a small piece of land if have. because i´m homeless in Sl right now anyway ;)
That a way i can support my investment here there i can "help" as shareholder even i`m not a big one here.That said:

Support and Invest in what you invest!!!

For example, i bought some Cars of CAR(MH.Motors:ISE) and drinking Coke every day because i`m a Coca Cola Shareholder :)

If i would be shareholder of Wrighley Inc i would cew gums every day but not like chewing gums lol

(Damn i would be a good CEO, let´s IPO a Sportsbets Funds Inc. hah)

oh come on RCP CEO please answer my IM`s and notecards i know you online nearly everyday how i can see in the RCP group.
This is the only company i stayed invested here..not every slcapex company can be grap so please show up and talk to your investors or at least post finacials and pay some damn 0,01 dividends.

After some reasearch i found out that RCP invested in 44 Open Space SIM´s about two months ago and doing very well overall.
(There are future investments planned because of strong cash positions)
Shareholders should be informed about such important things as the are owners of the company,too ^^

yes and why i wonder why that lack of communication here because it seems to be a good land renting company.

(Same thing as HBK, also a good company and lack of communication /lack of ROI and shareprize support from management and major holders)

I can give you landmarks, even to the tier payment stations if you like, seems most of it is rented and professional made and managed.
Lot´s of green points on their lands and when it´s renters (and not bots;) there is good traffic also.

I`ve joined the RCP group and its active.

I`m contacting some of the stuff/customers/CEO to get more information before i buy more shares (bought a few k today) don´t know if it was a good prize cheap but i´ll see..well if ANY dividend is paid then it was a good buy...

Any lists of company assets with landmarks and SURL´s to do some reserach how this RCP company is doing? How many property does RCP own in SL?
Just a nice written prospectus (Monthly Income
368000 *lol*)not enough for me as a potential investor is this company really existing?

Last announcment some months ago and in dividend history i see one single dividend.

I remeber this was a (banned/fraud) stock trading at World Stock Exchange before named "Kavai Conglomerate Group" (formerly TFI) with Nicholas Portocarrero ,a well known fraudster of a SL bank named "Ginko" as a Director and same CEO Kavai Onizuka than this RCP company.

Financials for August posted above. I have self financed an expansion for RCP and that we now own 70 sims. However this expansion is only financially responsible for myself personally, all operating costs and investment costs for those sims are absorbed by me.

Financials are posted in link above. We are in talks with acquiring another island so we are going to suspend our dividend this month until we reach any agreement with the other party or issue the dividend next month if no conclusion is reached.

Financials for June is now posted on link above. Due to summer months we did take a hit on our revenues, but we do expect a rebound in the fall seasons. We are suspending our dividends for the summer months (July/August) in prep for expansion.
