Part 1: From now until 9-20-08, INC will repurchase shares through Capex at a price of L$1.05. This represents a substantial premium over the breakup value of L$0.36.

Part 2: Any shares that remain outstanding as of 9-20-08 will be cashed out inworld for $L1.00 each. Individuals will need to contact Marc Attenborough inworld to recieve your payment.

Shareholders are welcome to voice their opinions in the forum. No shareholder will be excluded from this event. Everyone who comes forward will recieve the appropriate payment.

At this time, there are approximately 175,000 shares outstanding. Given all the termoil that has occured over the past 14 months, we are thrilled that we are able to return an amount above our IPO price.

The comment out the price is 100% accurate if you look at the NAV of the company (see the financial report). The value of the company has nothing to do with the stock price. The stock price goes up and down with market demand.

This had a 72 hour time limit on it? What will happen to the shares that have not been sold back within this very short 72 hour window? Is this a case of those who did not see it in time simply being screwed out of their investments? Also, the bit in the PR post about that price being more than twice the share price, is a bit off, concidering that just a couple of days prior it was trading above that L$0.85 price.

We're showing a slight loss for the month due to the fact that this report is a few days shorter than the last one and we have had a lot of residents paying their tier in advance. It is starting to level out though.

We now have taken all of our allenvest write-offs, which leaves us with a strong cash position as well.

Here are some of the highlights

* We wrote down about $15,0000 of the Allenvest debt, we are still waiting on the final payment so that we can put this behind us.

* We bought back about 19,600 shares, we will probably not make any substantial purchases until the Allenvest issue is settled.

* We reduced the value of the New Providence sim to L$300,000 in order to fit the competitive landscape. We may make an adjustment at the end of May as well.

* We are projecting that May's net profits will be between L$5,000 and $15,000 since the bulk of the write offs appear to be behind us.

* Our NAV is currently L$0.36 per share.

* We wrote off L$57,000 of the Allenvest debt, which brings the outstanding debt to approximately L$76,000. We anticipate that this will be off our books entirely at the end of April.

* We continue to use our available cash to buy back stock when appropriate. This month we were able to purchase approximately 54,000 shares.

* We are projecting that April's net profits will be between L$5,000 and L$10,000.

* Our NAV is currently L$0.36

We recieved approximately $60,000 from the Allenvest Settlement and are expecting another $60,000 in April. We expect to be taking total write-offs of around $75,000 over the next two months, which will finally put this whole mess behind us.

A large shareholder sold approximately 100,000 shares this week, which was the cause of the recent price fluctation in the stock price.

We will be releasing our March financial statement in a few days, it should look very similar to the February statement.

Here are some of the highlights:

* As you know, we stopped paying dividends when the banking ban took place and therefore we had to raise salary/commission expenses.

* In order to avoid getting shares of SLW, we repurchased a rather large amount of shares at a higher price than we really wanted to. However, we felt like it made sense.

* We wrote off another L$15,000 of the Allenvest debt, which brings the outstanding debt to approximately L$193,000 on paper. In reality, we are still owed approximately L$378,000, some of which we do not expect to recover.

We have been workin diligently to come up with a solution for shareholders, however, we have yet to hear anything of substance from Linden Labs regarding the stock exchanges. Here is where we stand.....

* At this time, the marjority of our clients have withdrawn their assets with no distruption to our operations.

* INC will no longer pay a dividend.

* The liquidation strategy we announced earlier may need to be put in place. However, we are proceeding with caution on this because it is a very important issue that we do not take lightly.

* We are discussing the possibility of a merger so that shareholders can avoid liquidation, however, that may be a long shot.

We will keep you updated as things progress. Please contact Marc or myself if you have questions.

The stock was finally getting some momentum and revenue was stabilizing, then this mess came up.

In reality, this is a risk that investors chose to take, but just as human beings, we still have hearts and want to do what we can.

I personally have never put any money into SL and I'm not a greedy person. If I have to take a loss so that we can give a little more to those who need it, then I'm going to do that. My goal was always to make enough to support my SL lifestyle and build some wealth over time if possible, not to take over the world.

Your initial post did not make it clear this was a worse case scenario nor did it promise that it was to occur. However, I have no wish to relinquish my investment in INC and should you be able to continue to provide a return this is a far better option for shareholders than a buyout at NAV even if the shares are never again able to be transfered or sold.

<![CDATA[ Re: LL policy.. potential asset distribution]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/INC/1319

The biggest issue with that, is that would be seen by LL as providing a return on investment, which is against the new policy. If we were to go that route, there would need to be no dividends at all, and perhaps we would need to structure it as a "loan" that we recieved from a pool of individuals. In addition, going forward we will be operating with less liquidity due to the closure of our Global Investor Group, and the lack of access to our Capex funds.

In addition, We never recieved nearly 60% of the IPO money that we raised. That was a result of the Allenvest issue. Despite all of that we have still managed to pay 0.13 in dividends per share, plus we have bought back 583,000 shares directly from the market.

As for our obligations, we are not obligated to return anything other the value of the company's assets. It's an open market and the share price is determined by the public and. Distribution is determined by the NAV. We obviously cannot return funds that we do not have. Our prospectus clearly stated that the stability of the SL Economy and the stock exchange were the greatest risk and that you should consider the risks before investing.

The plan announced is very preliminary and a lot can happen in the next 10 days. However, we wanted to make everyone aware of the worst case scenario. It's was the responsible thing to do.

Rest assured that we share your concerns and will be glad to work with everyone towards a solution and listen to alternatives. All options are on the table.

We did not create the AVIX collapse, and we did not create the new LL policy. This is not our fault, but we are still working to do what we can to get past this.

How does the new policy and 10-15 cents release you from your obligations to the people that invested in your company? Regardless of this policy regarding objects I see no reason you could not distribute payments monthly to the individuals and institutions who have purchased these shares with an expected montly return.

Why can't your investors choose to retain ownership in INC and be paid manually thru an avatar?

Fair enough. Personally, I don't place much stake in technical analysis, but we can agree to disagree on that. I look only at business fundamentals.

I like INC so far because management have shown that they can produce a profit, because they've shown reasonably good communication on the forums here, and they have been consistent about doing so. My biggest single concern is that top line revenues are a bit low at $405,490 but the profit margin is acceptable. The net profit is in the range of other decent publically traded SL companies.

Why hold it at all?

Why the valuation of 1.07 - 1.13 you cited?

<![CDATA[ Re: Real estate ]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/INC/1147
Well two little pionts remain. You devaluated your office at jefferson sim at 7,000L$ and stated this as Depreciation under expenses. But you also upvalued New Providence Estate from 314,925 L$ in october to 315,000 L$ in november and this is not shown as a revenue. So your provits should be 42,737 L$ not 42,662 L$

less the buyback (7,783 L$) we have 34,954 L$ more in Corporate Assets at 12-3-07 than at 11-3-07.

774,458 L$ + 34,954 L$ = 809,412 L$
(809,337 L$ you state at the bottom of your report)

But you state Total Assets Under Management 1,332,312 L$ = Client Assets 502,975 L$ + Corporate Assets 829,337 L$, 20,000 L$ more than at the bottom of the report!

Well I would guess that is the Allenvest write off, that is unaccounted for the Assets.

Is that correct?

<![CDATA[ Re: Real estate ]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/INC/1147
Real Estate Depreciation is the decrease in value on the land we own on the Jefferson Sim. The property values on this sim have decreased in the past several months. If you look at our previous reports, you will see that the value of the Jefferson land was much higher in the past and has decreased by the amount of the depreciation expense.

Since these are clearly two seperate items, we report them seperately.

<![CDATA[ Re: Monthly Financials]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/INC/449 http://www.slinnovative.com/Financial%20Report%2012-01-07.htm

This was yet another solid month for INC. Here are a couple of items to note.

We took a $7,000 write off land that is on the Jefferson sim, we believe that property is now fairly vauled.

We took a $20,000 write off on the debt that is owed to us my Allenvest. We are only expecting to recieve 70% of this debt, so we are taking some of the write offs early so that there are no surprises later.

The Los Vegas Sim remains full and the New Providence Sim is progressing nicely. These two projects alone will will be generating enough revenue to provide our 0.02 per share dividend on an ongoing basis.

Net of all write-offs, the INC still posted 82,000 in profits for the month, nearly half was distributed to shareholders as a dividend.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Just a polite heads up, please don't take offense.

Your website is completely broken with anything other than current IE implementations. On Firefox 2.x for Linux & Windows it is totally unusable.

The navigation bars, background images, image maps etc are all either completely missing or non functional.

SLFinances.Met statistics report over 40% of our visitors are using Firefox and another 3-4% using Opera or Safari which I highly suspect will suffer the same issues. I imagine, that we are targeting a similar market base and your figures will approximate mine.

Alas, give or take, roughly one full half of your potential clients will be faced with a decidedly unprofessional first impression.

Looking at the code, it appears to have been generated with MS Office which no doubt would account for the incompatibilities.

Other than that, great job ;)

Some key points for the week:

* Our Treasury now holds 448,000 shares of INC. That leaves 552,000 of the IPO shares still in circulation.

* We still have approximately L$587,000 on deposit at Allenvest. The recent issues surrounding AIG are a major concern, however, we are not writing this off yet.

* We will be writing off part of our land on Jefferson, as depreciation expense on the next report. BNT recently lowered land prices on their sims, which we believe would have an impact if we chose to sell it. However at this time, we have a long-term renter for that space.

* Our stock portfolio and real estate portfolio remain sluggish.

* Last Sunday night we began negotiations with BCX to take over the Los Vegas Sim that they forclosed on. The deal was completed on Monday and we took possession of the sim late Tuesday evening. We have completely redeveloped it into a residential sim and have already sold a large portion. Our office has been relocated there as well.

* We are currently looking to further develop our brand as we continue to grow at a moderate pace. We are excited and pleased to add Rixhawz Milestone to our management team. His focus is mainly on operations and developement projects and brings a great deal of expertise to our team.

When Innovative makes money, their clients make money. If there are slow times, the clients are always informed and kept in the loop. You never have to wonder about what is happening.

I am invested with several other companies and rarely get weekly reports from them as an investor. Innovative sends out communications on a regular basis and the monthly parties for their clients are another way that they show their appreciation. As a client of other groups, I rarely get that feel of being appreciated.

At this point in time, I would like to let Marc and Chey know how much I have appreciated their efforts. I know that you two will succeed with the business plan that you brought to life early in the year and only keep getting bigger and better. I am very proud to be a part of your clientele.

That being said, we do not have any money at the WSE anymore either.

Overall, the biggest risks to this market at this point is liquidity risk, and lack of knowledge would be a close second. I suggest getting all of the facts before people invest, that is the reason INC has been so successful. Do not listen to people who throw our rumors with no substance behind it. If investing was easy, then companies like INC & DGD wouldn't stand a chance, because we wouldn't be needed.

I think putting my money in Innovative's hands to handle my investments is the abolsute smartest thing I have done in SL. They are a great team, smart, hard-working, cautious with my money, and communicative. If all publicly traded companies were managed as well as Innovative, the markets would be skyrocketing!

This companies stock is way undervalued, and being mid month when stock prices seem to tank this is probably (in my opinion) the best time to get in on this stock. I have placed some buy orders and tripled my holdings in this stock so far. Good looking guys, I appreciate all the hard work!

In addition, we are extremely selective when it comes to working with other companies. Anyone that we partner with has to be someone we have had a long standing relationship with and who we trust completely. We are a very close group here at INC.

* We still have approximately L$591,000 on deposit at Allenvest. We have made multiple attempts to contact Investor Allen and have recieved no response.

* We recently completed a consulting contract for a profit of $L 13,000.

* Our stock portfolio and real estate portfolio is rather sluggish, but consulting seems to be going well. We have completely removed all of our funds from the WSE.

* In the event of a run, we have sufficient liquidity to cover all of our clients.
