You are totally correct, please read the following post I made this morning :)

http://www.slcapex.com/forums/topic/general/1524

I believe that this will give you a clearer picture of what is going on as of now. We are working diligently to correct all of the issues faced by Skyranger, POW shareholders and the Hedge Fund investors. I hope this helps.

Have a gr8 day!

[0:07] ATM: Arbitrage Wise commented trouble trouble ticket 1538: Sky - only CEO funds were converted, so we won't be converting your shares back to stocks.

It appears as though they were not able to remove the funds through the extended unwarranted halt, but that was timely with the conversion as a mere "coincidence", causing their debt with us to decrease by half million lindens.

Thank you,

This is not the "least" issue, this is a great concern and neither of my investors should be punished while my account was frozen and $4000000 disappears overnight. This is a major issue and area of concern that must be addressed promptly, especially now with the situation behind us.

Thank you,

People in charge let hear from you that you will look into this situation and undo this aggressive and unjust convertion. I actually thought to have read CAPEX will make a difference for CEO's which is the one and only reasonable thing to do.

<![CDATA[ Re: How much longer?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/POW/1505
That is in fact what happened. My account was frozen so I was not given a chance to convert any funds. My previous (already released the screenshot) portfolio value included $900000L in cash - this amount has been converted to the SLW shares while I was frozen, therefore, I was not able to trade, sell or buy any shares before the conversion. The cash balance is now worth 50% less, not including the CAPEX fee to sell those SLW shares again. CAPEX maintains my account being frozen for this extended amount of time was a coincidence, either way $400000L has disappeared from the account overnight.

Thank you for your concern,

<![CDATA[ Re: How much longer?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/POW/1505 In the last meeting Sky was given 5 new requests from Capex to work to a new situation so that the new management could be selected by shareholders voting.

About Sky's balance, earlier I read that converting the balance to SLW will not happen for CEO's with listed companies to keep funds available for companies development. It would only be a radical decision to take away all companies funds and make it SLW since CEO's wouldn't be able to invest, pay their tiers, and pay dividends to shareholders. Convertion of Sky's balance would mean they would drag POW and Hedge Fund deeper into the maze of finance, as I see an unfair and unrealistic demand on Capex behalf. As for now I believe this did not happen.

I would assume that the SLW asset would belong to the fund holders and perhaps even more of the POW portfolio than that but can anyone clarify that for me? I have an interest for a venture that would benefit from the inception of POW should that be something that needs to be addressed down the line...

I move to have an emergency shareholders meeting in order to replace the CEO.

CapEX has given POW til' the end of the weekend to get all issues resolved.

The only way to deal with this is to replace the CEO immediately.

I would like to see possible times for this by Friday night and we can choose between Staurday and Sunday, NO LATER!

I will offer to be the temporary CEO so the company isn't delisted. I am also sure(although I haven't asked him yet) that Scott Nestler would help there too.

We need a CEO and a board of directors, so everyone's hat can be in the ring. I have a complete list of shareholders and will try yo contact everyone by tomorrow night.

Let's get this dealt with. Sky will represent about 35% of the vote, because he represents SKY Hedge Fund(also our linden) which owns about a third of the shares.

Please post today! We need ideas and helpers now!

Are you still awaiting documents from SkyRanger or has he provided everything you've asked for.
Are you awaiting an audit result, is the audit happening yet? What's happening here. I'm sure people who HAVE investments in POW would like to know, and the lack of info being fed down to us "mushrooms (*)" is causing un-ease.
