Ok, Mr Wise... Time to put up or shut up.
| When is the first buy back. It looks like it will be a while before you even have to pay $1.03 a share with so many offering a lower price. Prove to all of us that you do plan to follow through. Start buying back shares in the open. You should have a couple of million L$ now just in earnings and the couple of million you were going to use for straight withdrawls back Feb 1st/8th when you were going to enable limited cash withdrawls. You can easily start buying 100,000's of shares at a discount now. So? What is is to be? You've had a week of converted stock, 4 weeks of no capital out... Nobody has had real access to the cash since Jan 15th, so one hopes you've been able to execute in last 5 weeks. The ONLY way to shore up the price is to show you are ready, willing, and able to start buying back, at SOME pace. Otherwise, yes after all this time of not saying it, you are not to be trusted. |

| Mr. Wise, you are really a son of b**ch! I had L$157005 in deposit during the time that withdrawals are disabled. And now you convert all my money to 157005 shares of SLW with worths just L$0.57 per share?! Who gave you such authority? All of us had NOT agreed to buy SLW at L$1 per share at its IPO! And SLW has never ever traded in the market at L$1 per share! And you call that "changing debt to equity"?! This is whole lot of bulls**t! If I am not going to get back L$157005 in my account, I am going to file a class lawsuit against you. Don't think everyone can be cheated easily, sucker. |

Re: Ok, Mr Wise... Time to put up or shut up.
| I agree with the above posters i had over L$606,000 in JTF and i waited .. on what is appearing to be false hope that it would be made good and i could get at my money. Now i have found out that my savings has been converted into junk bonds WITHOUT my permission i have L$98 on hand and am struggling to get a business going without the reserves that i thought i had built up. If i ever get my money out i would be greatful and i want it 1/1 not 2/1... i just want access to my money. With irresponsibile behavior like JTF has shown the last month or two... no wonder they are afraid of a run... and it would serve them right. if this is the way a simple bank does business i am pretty sure i do not want to invest on the capex.. or do business with any companies listed there... might be something for the other CEO's on Capex to consider. Given the demise of Ginko... and the recent actions by JTF .... I am beginning to think Linden Labs made a good call with their poolicy changes regarding "Banks" (term used loosely here) SHOW ME MY MONEY |

| So the betrayal of customers continues also here, like in all the other ponzi places. I never agreed to have my money converted into stocks and I would never buy any stocks which are sold for the double of their value. I request to have my funds returned into my cash account and made available for withdrawal ASAP. And I ask all others to request the same. You have stolen our money and you try to continue to do this now with a business license. If your business plan did not work in the first place, you should be punished and possibly go to jail. Simple as that. Not granted a license to continue. I give you time until February 29 2008, 24:00 PST to refund me my investments or abuse reports will be filed, other actions reserved. Boy Lane |

| Whine. Moan. Bitch. Complain. Kvetch. Wail. All of you calling for blood (because a "business plan fell through"? are you nuts?): did you think it through? Abuse reports? Has JTF violated the ToS or Community Standards? Filing an spurious AR will get you nowhere at all in terms of recovering your investment. Oh, and if Wise is kicked off SL, how many of your L$ will you see then? And "other actions reserved"? ROTFLMAO. Yes, I'm so sure that you will recover enough L$ to pay for an attorney - if even the bus fare to ride to the courthouse. Very little of the whining sounds like legitimate concern; sounds more like the squealing of greedy pigs upset because Linden Labs took away the trough. I've asked this question before, and none of the soiled diaper crowd have answered it: Why didn't Wise just bail out on SL and keep ALL the L$? |

| Revolvo, my diaper is clean, but i'll answer your question. He's not bailing out with the money because then he could be prosecuted. He stays here.... with the money. Now answer my question: Where is the difference? |

| Revolvo. I wont say Mr Wise are a scam artist, but in RL the artist remains in business as long as they can make money. Starting new companys, purchasing companys, rebranding companys ,merge companys and so on. And so far,as long as no money are payed to the depositors.... there are profits to make. |

| "I've asked this question before, and none of the soiled diaper crowd have answered it: Why didn't Wise just bail out on SL and keep ALL the L$?" That would be a stupid move, just a one-time-money and clearly fraud. There are many more ways to "milk" the investors. Transfer investors money (or which is left of it ) into junk bonds a with a nice side-effekt: People pay some % trade-commission when they want 50cent of their 1L$ back when sell a SLW "share" ;) |

Re: Ok, Mr Wise... Time to put up or shut up.
| Which again brings us back to my original point. It's been 6 weeks, why aren't we having a buy back at the promised $1.03? Some... any? If Arb is to have any credibility then he needs to prop up the price of 'our' stock by announcing the start of buybacks (and yesterday). If his plan is genuinely generating 100,000's L$ a week; then he can easily begin using some of that to buy stock back as he promised. It will show both truth in his words and immediately stop the price fall. If he doesn't then no matter how many people SAY they trust him, actions (and silence) speak louder. |
