	Ok they have committed fraud.. Legal action should be taken. This happens every day in the RealWorld. They dont delist the stock. Basically that leaves nothing to sue. Let the Shareholders trade and decide the value. Freeze the ceo shares if anything. IMHO the stock is worthless. How many of these guys get IPO money to buy sims and run them into the ground because they are clueless. They add no unique value to the investment. The only smart thing they do is get listed. If they try to leave block it, demand they return the shareholder money first. I have watched all the exchanges and their dramma. This 1 seems to be the best, so we need to fight to keep it that way.
