My first post and commentary on MECH.
| Yeah, just like the subject line says, this is my very first post here, although I have been reading the forums since I transfered over from the JTF site, and started buying stocks. I'm so used to other formats for various forums, so this might take some adjustment... As for my commentary on MECH, I write my first post here because I am really impressed by the way Ima has been constantly and consistently keeping current and potential shareholders informed and fired up about his company. I'm impressed by the way he's been coming up with various ideas for side ventures such as the multimedia merchandising to not only try to make a profit, but to keep things interesting. I won't name names, (mainly because I've forgotten them) but there are some CEOs that might benefit by being as open or as on-the-ball as Ima seems to be. Now I'm not talking about over hyping things to make a turd seem like pile of roses, I'm sure the other companies are quite worthwhile, but putting up a company and then just letting it sit in waiting for people to buy in just isn't comforting for a potential shareholder like myself. I'm not just talking IPO's either. I do like when an owner takes interest in those that also share in the company, no matter if they own 100 million shares, or just 1. I do have to say that seeing over 5 million shares sitting in waiting was a bit daunting, even if I was still earning interest. After all, I could probably earn more with that money in trading up to just before all the shares were bought. However, because I do see a great amount of potential, and of course a lot of excited promotion, I'm more than willing to try and jump in to move things along. Also, the quicker they buy out, the quicker I can get my pixelated butt in one of those machines and do some damage! Hehehe... I may not be the most knowledgeable when it comes to financial speak, or stocks for that matter, but I do believe MECH is an investment worth making. Keep up the good work, Ima, and good luck! Honoris Causa... Silverblade Dagger |

Re: My first post and commentary on MECH.
| Yes indeed Dagger, It seems Mech is setting a standard that many other company's could use as an example on how bussiness is to be conducted. I only have 2 concerns that I would like to ventilate here. I hope that this level of attention will remain constant, even when Mech is beyond the stage where it no longer depends on getting funds to start. (Were they not all like this when they needed us to invest in them, but now that they are succsessful they tend to treat us like dirt.) I sometimes feel that Mech is taking on too much at once from the start. I know that if you do something you better do it good or not at all, but .... it still have to prove it self first. Furthermore if there was something like an award for best bussinessplan of the year Mech would be a sure winner. With regards, Isegrim. |

Re: My first post and commentary on MECH.
| Great posts from both of you! Silverblade Dagger, thanks for the thread and support, and IM glad you believe in MECH like I do, and so many others already have. (only 4 million left now, 2 million down!) And I fully understand the size of the IPO made some people wait, especially with teh current SL issues and problems. Hopefully witht he info, plans, and uniquess i offered fro this idea we will show SL and all who have been watching the many crisis in SL that there are viable platforms and ideas if done right. Isegrim Nikolaidis, the plan is to always give out info and keep people as informed as possible. Of course like any IPO after we first launch CEO's are so busy dealing with builders and scripters and all teh work of getting things launched we can get busy and Im sure I will get busy as well. But i will do my best. As for taking on so much, it is a fine line I agree. Which is why instead of me doing it all I am having others do some of it. While it did add some to the cost by outsourcing some of it, it clears up my time to get the project done in full and done right the first time :) Examples would be YEP! is helping to handle the machinima projects so I can focus my time on selling mechs and our battle sims in world or Northern Wolf Press LLC (Lobo Rodriquez) Would be helping devoloping any board or mini style games based off our characters. By having others help we pay a little more now but stand to make alot more in the future and we also will know that our project will be done right the first time. Theres nothing worse then having a project with potential get half way done then stalling out. _ "Furthermore if there was something like an award for best bussinessplan of the year Mech would be a sure winner." All I can say about that quote is thanks for the continued belief and support in my vision. And I hope soon we can get this IPO done and the project launched. |

| Well your fast responce inspires convidence. I think it is a solid decision to involve YEP in the project. Cooperation between listed company's like this is a good thing for all. It will strenghten YEP's position on the exchange greatly. Which benefits many on the long term. |

Re: My first post and commentary on MECH.
| My second post on this site, I just can't wait for this to launch tonight/tommorow. The work I have seen at YEP! and the information I have read here inspires my greatly in my first foray into Shares/IPO's and the such. While I still donot understand much of the detail of trading, my " hats in the ring" to give it ago. I have followed some of the other debarkels in various forums and it saddens me the lack of information and transparency available with those company crashes. However this is a well thought out and planned project. Im mainly in the IPO as I'm more than happy to work with Ima and the Team in getting the Project up and happening, as well as see it have a prosperous future. I'll be chilling the champs tonight to celebrate the launch and wish it God Speed. Good Luck Ima and team MECH |
