I don't applaud your actions. I have too much history with SL business to see what's really happening here.

In fact it makes me nervous that such decisions were made without any detailed reasons provided or quote of the TOS clauses used to determine managements desicions. It also makes me nervous that I appear to be reliving what happened with WSE last May. Thanks for more drama. You will slowly see that you have now made things much worse. This will really boost investor confidence when they see that you are willing to willy nilly de-list companies with no real reason given. It also could discourage companies from listing here when they see that management is willing to boot companies with vague cause given for delistment.

Although I guess knowing all parties involved with the series of ego clashes that have occured throughout history I should have seen this coming.

I just expected more from you Arb. It didn't have to happen this way and you know it. This appears to me to be very personal. All you needed was any reason, loose or legit.

Please explain what you are going to do with the money owed to AIG. How will ALL shareholders be reimbursed? Or are you just going to steal the exchange?

Don't worry I am sure BNT and IntL will take the Black Helicopters and stock price gremlins with them. I am sure they help with knowing what is "really going on".

I agree with Ashleigh 100%. Refer to my post on the General Investment forum.

Those of us who have frozen assets in the bank are very, very, very interested that Allen gets his proper payment from you Arb. (And it is YOU who bought the Exchange! NOT SLCAPEX.) So if I don't get my 113K lindens or it's appropriate value in a stock, (which by the way Allen and I had already agreed too, as far as I know the ball is in your court, Mr. Wise, to finish the transaction. Allen IM'd you two days ago.), I will know who to go look for. It won't be Allen!

As Ashleigh said (I paraphrase of course), this looks to be a personal vendetta against two rather large egos, than business.

Ya know, I really can't see why people think BNT and AIG are the victims in some sort of soap opera play put on supposedly by Mr. Wise and Mr. Beck.

What is so special about BNT that people should want to invest in it? It's said that no dividends will be paid till 100 sims are bought, yet at last count, only 52 were owned? The only thing BNT was good for was daytrading, and even that isn't worth the time, effort, or risk. What's the point in buying stock in it when there are a total of 130 million shares, yet only 20 million shares are tradable, and are near worthless? What is the point in investing in a company where the CEO can't fill out a simple financial statement as required? Seriously, what is the point? They are better off on their own exchange, IMHO. Mr. Brautigan can have his own island of paranoia to wallow in for all I care.

As for AIG, at one point, I would have screamed out, "Arb, just pay the debt off completely and move on." I'm not a fan of debt in any form. But hearing about supposed fraudulent CEO information and etc, it all leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. If even 1/10th of the things I've read about AIG are true, then business needs to be concluded with AIG and ways need to be parted.

All-in-all, having the companies at least frozen is a safe bet. There is just way too much noise about those two companies for them to be useful down the road, and so I'm all for wrapping things up and moving on. Besides, Mr. Wise has done nothing but earn and gain my respect, I can't say the same for Mr. Brautigan and Mr. Allen.

Honoris Causa...

Most of the noise generated in support of BNT is by people who have a strong interest and or employees of the company. Take what they say with a grain of salt, and consider the motives involved.

20 Million share that are worthless.
Ummm do the math 20 million shares at .10L$ is still $7,500 USD. So why was BNT Halted? Where is BNT going? Does he have his share holders list? WTF is going on? Does this mean I get SLCap shares if Libber doesnt go to another exchange?
I go away for the weekend and I come back and the forums not even up to find out what happened with BNT.

Re: To Arb Wise and Bo beck
AIG and BNT shares are gone from my portfolio, yet there was no announcement about it this morning. I'd like an update on the state of an agreement between SLCapex and Allen, and whether BNT does have, indeed, a list of its shareholders. Again, I feel I am being kept in the dark at the moment and communication isn't at its best. You did mention this process would take place, but still more could be done to keep us posted and better informed. This is merely a suggestion for service improvement. :)
