Sugestions for a better future

| Hello All This here is a realy interesting announcemt. http://www.slcapex.com/home/story/system/1688 I think that especialy in this forum most people stick to say "everything is bad and will get worse " I am opening this thread for sugestions about how Arbitrage could change his buisens practice to regain trust of people and make more transparent whats going on. I would want to see constructive sugestions here not the usual "he should diclose all buisenes secrets, liquidate , pay back the money and go to hell " statements. So please even if it realy goes against you, try to go from the assumption that what Arb told on the two shareholder meetings is true and not only the attempt to play for time. So here are some sugestions from my side: 1) A big part of the shareholders didn't decide to be involved into this stock trading thing but just wanted to deposite their money on a bank paing interests. To help them there should be a clear explenation why JTF was able to pay intersts for the money but now after the banking ban it is not anymore able to generate revenue. Because this makes it look for many as if it would just has been a Ponzi sheme. 2) This is not realy for SLW only but it would help to build up transparency if one could get a history of the CEOS transactions like it is on ISE. Or even better a history of the transactions of the top ten shareholders. 3) People need to see some progress and to see that Arbitrage lives up to the promisses he made. So it would be good to post some status information about how far the Porjects are each week and may be to put something up on the websites that people can see. 4) Arb please NEVER AGAIN play the waiting game like you sayed you did. If there is such a delay let people know why and whats going on. YOU can't expect people to sit still in such a situation. 5) For future buybacks please clearly post after the buybacks how much of it was from your private income and how much of it was from SLW revenue. I know you can find it somewhere in the balace sheet but this is only posted monthly and most of your shareholders are not used to read such things so please HELP THEM. 6) If possible please tell people how much money went to wich company and for what. May be just general informations like "Company XY : L$ 1 Mio for software developement" I dont think this would disclose buisenes secrets but would make it more trasparent for people what hapened to their money I realy hope to see some costructive suggestions here now and may be then some answers about them from Arbitrage or Borgard or who ever is involved Manuela |

| "why JTF was able to pay intersts for the money but now after the banking ban it is not anymore able to generate revenue" Read that, 97.25% of the SL-Banks used that "system", and we all (those who have a brain inside their heads) knowed it before. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme |

| Arb, Manuela is asking reasonable questions in a polite manner. You should really consider answering her. Not only for SLW but for the entire exchange as well. In fact, while other CEO’s are responsible for their actions within their company only, yours are producing a wave effect on the entire Stock Exchange. Being in control of the entire platform, If you lose your credibility, the entire exchange is losing. I’m positive you will come out from this situation but, you have to provide answers to reasonable questions. Thank you. |

Re: Sugestions for a better future
| well than fit`s JFT in that 2.75% Bracket ok. (Sorry i forgot, with what investment return the interest was paid?) But i know for SURE some sl banks (mostly italian ones, calabria mafia haha) used that schema. I personally have nothing against such a investment form, i like them.had money in there myself , but you have to know when to pull your invested money and be very carefull and little bit lucky to be online at the right time ,also. I even bought insurence over the-rock for SL banks i not even had 1L$ in there. The odd`s where just to juicy. (Elli , i want buy insurence for WSE, have?) Such high interest rates some sl banks paid i know only from prostitutuion and drug business, sports wagering or high speculative call/put options at the finacial markets. But with SL landbusiness or selling skins or prim shoes or whatever it´s hard to make such a money to pay such interests.... |

Re: Sugestions for a better future
| I agree with sports here the interest rates JTF were offering were not relaistic and of course we see the results. Score: Honest Arb 300k USD for personal use JTF depositors L$ .30 on the dollar That is just facts sorry if it hurts anyones feelings. |

Re: Sugestions for a better future
| this thread was openend for suggestions, not AGAIN accusing and insulting arb in a way, that becomes more and more disgusting as we already read that crap ever day in here. IF you guys think you have better plans, then OFFER them and not just bitch around, coz that doesn't make the situation better. it's really sad how people like you sportsbets or ivan just post the same things over and over and over again. better leave us alone, start yelling in other forums or wherever, i don't really care or start bringing suggestions and HELP ! and now i hope there will be some answers from arb, bogart, cash or whoever was involved, coz i think that they are needed as soon as possible as well to don't lose the trust a few already have here. regards, angi |

Re: Sugestions for a better future
| What suggestions should there be, WE should figure out a way for ARB to make OUR money back? LOL Anyone stupid enough to offer him a bussines plan that would earn $300,000 dollars in a short period of time would definatly not be a smart bussiness person. My suggestion, Arb goes to the bank like any other lagitimate bussiness and gets a $300,000 bank loan and lagitimatly funds his private company. Then using the money to replay the so called and unwilling investers. But why would he do that? he has an intrest free , actually negitive intrest gift thanks to all of us. |

Re: Sugestions for a better future
| Jini I didnt mean that here should be busenes ideas. I wanted to gof from that was sayed in the Shareholders meeting and have sugestions here how we could see that it is true what arb sayed there and how in future rumors and uncertancy could be reduced . But obviously most people in this forums cant get over it to tell the same things again and again "he is a thief and stole our money and everything is bad ". I opened this thread to have serious sugestions what someone in his situation could do to gain trust (taking as precaution that he didn't lie at the shareholder meeting). Manuela |
