Project Renaissance Update - XXX BoD Member's Selection -

To Whom It May Concern:


The selection process for the nominees to the Board of Directors was concluded and the nominees are as follows:

Farqot Gustafson – experienced and active member of the business community in SL. Member of various financial & business entities that aim to educate and inform the financial community. Farqot timely and insightful participation during this turnaround has been instrumental.

Firstdesigns Milos – Skilled and creative owner of Milos designs, current COO with Verbalis. Milos brings a tested and tried approach to business growth and sustainability that will be valuable in TTR drive towards business development.

Zaldar Rodhe – CEO of Zhenya Zoning Real Estate, a respected member of SLCapex and responsible for the redesign of the TT Resort. His no-nonsense approach, combined with an ingrained willingness to keep the financial and business sector strong and drama free are perfect match to XXX core values.

These outstanding businessmen were chosen amongst a pool of candidates(5) and were chosen by virtue of their character, business acumen, integrity and affinity with Tropical Temptations Resort TTR. The board will comprise a minimum of 3 directors and while TTR is going through the execution of the project Renaissance, Huff Huldschinsky will also serve as its chairman of the board.

Due to the fact that the board must have its own BoD to effectively pursue its goals and the number of candidates did not yield sufficient number of nominees for a voting session to chose the directors, these nominees are considered to be members of the board at the time of publication of this notice. Nonetheless, there will be still an opportunity for the shareholders to acquiesce the process and the board on the 17th of August by the way of a vote to be held on a forum.

The new board of directors is an important milestone in our quest for a solid enterprise that will deliver profit through growth. We have been progressing really well and the transition will improve as we achieve each of our objectives.
