Metanetwork Media (MNM) remains HALTED as previously reported. No resolution has been reached to date. Additionally, effective 08/15/2008 MNM has been CITED for not posting JULY 2008 financials and the Company has been fined pursuant to our posted continued listing requirements.

Regardless of the Investigative outcome, trading in MNM will not resume until fully conforming Financials have been posted and the Fine Paid-In-Full.
